准备倒着来更新了

早餐:牛奶麦片
午餐:200克麻油鸡丝,一个大西红柿炒一个鸡蛋,一个kiwi
snack: 苹果
下班回去肚子饿,吃了一碗牛奶麦片,吃了约60卡的一小块黑巧克力
晚餐:韭菜炒豆芽+30多个虾(大概4个serving....250卡-_-b
今天没运动
躺沙发上看电视,吃了一个酸奶(80卡),然后口渴又喝了杯牛奶
还是要运动阿,唉。。。。电视面前一坐就吃个不停

看版大关于维生素B群缺乏的帖子,我80%的状况都有,下班就冲去costco。。。比较了下B群各类维生素的含量和善存,最后买了善存,以后每天中午吃饭的时候吃一颗~
早餐:8:30 牛奶+麦片
snack: 250克 papaya
中午:chicken wrap, 没吃皮,吃了中间包的菜和鸡肉,吃了份broccoli
snack: 饼干一块
6:00 饿了,吃了点牛奶麦片,准备去跑步,小分量,不过估计也150卡左右
快7点了去运动:80分钟6迈 + 8min arms
9点晚饭:水煮蘑菇,萝卜

喜欢泰国菜下次可以尝尝青木瓜沙拉som tam或海鲜什锦沙拉yum ruam mit,对减肥大业
更好些 =]
其实泰国菜吃对了挺减肥的

爱吃泰国菜就爱吃那些超辣的菜,好下饭...555...我很爱吃饭,为了减肥戒了,偶尔
还是忍不住要放纵下,本来想吃一半的,不过菜上来就忍不住了...
我前段时间也胡塞一通,现在肯定不止145:(不敢上称,拒绝这个事实,等过几天
再开始报体重...

看样子楼主应该是个mm吧。身高跟我差不多,我174cm.体重也差不多。我7月初开始跑
步的时候,体重147磅左右。我的目标体重为130磅。但是我到了139磅就再也减不下去
了。。。最近又特别忙,跑步的时间大大减少。只能晚饭稍微控制一下饭量。等着忙完
了接着跑去。
我建议楼主mm如果有时间的话,每天都去跑45分钟到1个小时。吃饭也不需要控制的那
么严格。当然,严格一点肯定是效果要好一些的。但是吃什么都有负罪感不是很痛苦么
。。。

看来每个人长肉的位置都不一样,但是减肥方法都是一样,少吃多动;

真有追求啊,呵呵。我也172,145lb可是我的目标体重啊,哈哈哈。

side dish分量的macaroni,肯定放了好多cheese和黄油做得,唉....
下的倒了

You need to understand your goal. What you are trying to do, is to lose the
extra fat, not your muscles. You need to do some weight-lifting to
maintain the muscles.
Eating so little and running for so long everyday would also burn both your
muscles and fat. And you will still look bad even when you are at 127 lbs.
What good would it be if you lose most of your muscles and only have skin
wrapping around some fat?
What you should do, is to change your life style and diet for good. You

多谢指点,
我没有肌肉,都是肥肉,所以只能拼命跑啊跑~~~等体重下去些,再开始做器械,然后
报了明年的瑜伽班~~
现在最担心过几天要回国3个多星期。。。。555。。。肯定惨了,吃也不是,不吃也不
是。。。

actually this is exact the LOSEWEIGHT board, most people here just care
about their WEIGHT, they don't care whether they are losing water, muscle or
fat.
Also running won't make you lose all your muscle, actually it build your leg
and butt muscles, and runners have the most strong leg and butt muscles,but
running don't help much with building your upper body and core muscles.

不是说跑步减全身么。。。。。特别对肚子上的救生圈特别有效果。。。所以考虑了各
种运动,还是决定坚持跑步下去~~~
