在objectiveC中，向一个对象发送一个消息的语法为

类似的功能在C++中写作

显而易见objectiveC和smalltalk的语法基本是相同的。
当有两个或者两个以上的参数时，通常试用以的语法

I don't think I'm on a microdosage lupron flare protocol. I just googled and
it seems to me that my protocol is THE LUPRON PROTOCOL, the classical IVF
protocol.
So now I might switch to the following three potocols for poor responders,
if this cycle did not work out:

没错，医生也要遵照protocol，不然也会有麻烦的。
医生的protocol都是每个专业的协会定的，而且经常在更新。
护士的protocol可以是护士协会定的，但具体到每个医院，所有的有关治疗的nursing
protocol都要经过本院的医生同意和批准的，当然你看不到这一步。
JACHO检查的重点之一就是protocol，不管是nursing protocol，医生的也查。不光查有
没有，还要差什么时候更新的。这就是美国的现状，治疗病人必须遵循protocol，违犯
了的话不用JACHO，医院就把你开掉了。对医生也是同样，虽然很多医生不是医院雇员
，但医院仍然可以吊销他的privilege,禁止他在本院行医。 |

1） 张教授采用至强处理器，经我测试i3就可以跑啊，只要内存大点就行。
20年才能完成的技术，服务端的架设一定很高深的。所以大家要有心理准备，我这
里选用自主知识产权的国产Ubuntu操作系统来运行：

针对每个病由一伙大牛级的医生修订protocol，普通医生要做的就是严格按照protocol
来。这样好处是对绝大多数病例都不会有漏诊误诊，坏处是对极少数不典型病例不能灵
活处理。要是不严格按照protocol来呢？恐怕只会出更多问题。并不是不吸收经验，
protocol是定期修订，担不是根据单个医生自己的经验就改protocol，而是根据大量临
床病例报告和研究进展来修订，显然这样更合适。 |

这两天把材料递上去以后，开始诚惶诚恐中。一直混买地，一遍遍读别人的考经卖经。
早就想cs过了我也写个考经。
背景 ，yog>10，step1和ck都是白菜分。准备时间不足1个半月，全职上班。每天学习3
-4小时吧，没有请假复习。英文中等，平常交流没有问题，就是一着急就容易时态不分
，单复数不分，男女不分。最近在做CRA的工作，所以和patient讲话这一块儿每天练习
机会很多。
4/18号考完ck，走出考场的时候感觉horrible，想着还用得着准备cs吗。无奈cs老早已
经定在6月初了，那会儿想改时间已经几乎没可能了。没有时间郁闷和痛苦，考完之后
立刻上网发帖找partner，tutor。
大概考完ck的第4天开始，我还一页书都没看过，什么都不知道，就跟一个考友练了两
个fa上的大case，真的特别感谢她没有嫌弃我。但我觉得我太弱了，不能拖她后腿。就
又找了个学友，当然这个学友也是比我强的，她告诉了我很多protocol，包括问诊体检

我个人的使用经验是Sprint信号跟ATT相当，比TMobile好，

R+的特色是免费或低价的计划，如果选得好，电话，短信，和流量都够用。
R+号称之所以能免费或低价, 是因为他们使用了独家技术，可以投放广告。
我觉得他们投放的广告收益远不能维持这些免费或低价计划。所以R+能撑多久是个问题。
R+语音质量跟计划相关，在后面详细介绍。
个人认为RP的Ad计划一定不能用作主力电话服务。
RP的MAD计划可以作为主力电话服务。

听说2014年度国家自然科学一等奖没有空缺，先是高兴，毕竟这是代表国家
实力的奖项，可看完新闻，感觉完全不是那么回事了：“网络路由器之父”、
“颠覆冯·诺依曼体系”、“透明计算”这些大词以前怎么从来没听说过？
众所周知，路由器就是网络设备，不存在什么“网络路由器”，而路由器进
入中国是以思科为代表的。查查维基百科【1】，多协议路由器首次出现于1981
年的Stanford和MIT，发明人分别为William Yeager和Neol Chiappa，而作为路
由器功能的设备，更可追溯到ARPANET建设时期的Interface Message Processor，
跟中国真是扯不上半毛钱关系。
冯·诺依曼体系提出了“存储程序”的概念，是现代计算机的基础。用大白
话来说就是，计算机由中央处理器（CPU）、存储器和输入输出设备三部分构成，
程序加载存放于存储器之中，并通过CPU来执行。此体系的提出，是因为早期的
计算机类似于现在的计算器，只能为单一的用途服务，而基于冯·诺依曼体系设

你头疼闹热哪里知道是罕见病还是不是？都有正常的lab， 都有规章的。
你以为protocol都是虚的吗？都是非常好的， protocol， follow给你诊断绝对没有问
题。
别那个根据protocol来糊弄老百姓。 protocol都是有名医生设计出来的，都有保证的
。 出问题恰恰是没有follow protocol!
媒体在那里掩盖， 医生装糊涂糊弄普通人。
最简单的例子， glucose太低要死人。 出了事情后lab 发现数值打电话告诉医生应该
马上抢救病人。 但这个地方就可能有tricky，
先进系统和先通知很关键
如果进系统了， 这个病人死了， 就是证据。
所以说打着救人第一的口号。医生一看太低， 说不定就死了， 第一件事情是cancel
lab，可以阻止失误数据进入系统。
问题就有两个， 忘了给吃的或iv病人要饿死了， 这是negligence， 第二个掩藏数据
。
