"High grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HGSIL) encompassing moderate
dysplasia, severe dysplasia and carcinoma in-situ"
According to the doctor, it's a sign of severe pre-cancer condition and she
asked me to schedule a colposcopically directed biopsy ASAP. It is also
very likely that a LEEP procedure need to follow after the biopsy.

cancer metastasis), it is not a life-threatening disease and has more than

plus 测试，说是一种新的测基因问题的技术，不知道有没有姐妹们做过。结果要1-2周
出来。希望一切顺利。
其实这是我的第二个宝宝。怀第一个宝宝的时候一点问题都没有。没想到这一次居然..

医生只是说看到亮点，我也不知道怎么回事，就做了那个maternit21的测试。后来看了
mm的贴子才猜想可能是echogenic bowel。
现在等结果，要8-10天。和楼主一起加油，希望我们的测试结果都是好的。只要我们有
信心，宝宝一定会健健康康的！

许多很亮的白点。要求马上去做基因测试。医生推荐做MaterniT21测试。据说是一种新
技术，准确率和羊水穿刺一样，但是只要验血即可。结果大约8-10天出来。我看病的诊
所是第一次order这样的测试，样品要寄到加州测试。
两周后，也就是上周四，我打电话去诊所，告诉我结果还没出。上周五，去看医生，医
生说已经两周了，结果应该出来了，让秘书打电话去lab问。lab customer support说
他们没有confirmation code,不能透露任何信息，更别说是否有结果。然后说
confirmation code应该是health department给诊所，并且给他们(lab)，但是现在他
们也没有拿到这个confirmation code。诊所的秘书说完全不知道有这个confirmation
code的存在，并且告诉我们他们已经按照程序fax我的信息到health department。但是

HPV会致癌，但只在很rare的情况下，人口的很大比例有hpv，具体多少忘了，所以一些
州才会要求teen女孩打hpv的疫苗。
活检如果positive，根据程度，或者以后增加检查频率monitor，或者做个很简单的手
术就搞定了。gyn office都有宣传资料的，多看看了解一下。我老板的太太20岁左右在
纽约读书的时候做过那个手术，二十分钟的小手术好像是，现在是3娃妈，她说pap再没
abnormal过。 |

我也是3次流产+1次宫外，系统检查后是甲减，其他正常。但是我知道的可能导致多次流产的原因还有：
abnormal uterine cavity (比如双角子宫、双子宫、中隔子宫、鞍形子宫等等)，
abnormal chromosomes (父母双方需要查染色体)，
abnormal immune system (查血就可以了，治疗的话应该就是楼上MM的信息了)，
abnormal blood clotting system (查血)，
abnormal egg or sperm（女方验血，当然还有其他查的方法；男方精液分析），
exposure to toxins(怀孕的时候抽烟，激光辐射，酒精摄入，或者吃了不该吃的药)，
uterine infections(这个只要吃抗生素治疗就可以了)

culture中的一个细胞群中出现了七个细胞在4号染色体上的不正常（7 cells in one
single colony in one culture abnormal)，这个不正常是在原有的两个一对的染色体
上出现了extra half copy，7个都是这样。这个称之为level II Mosaicism。
Counselor说一般level I是只有一个细胞出现abnormal，该情况lab根本不报告忽略不
计或者什么abnormal都没有，测试者得到的报告就是正常，没有任何担心。Level II医
学界认为most likely是lab artifact，依据就是只在一个culture一个colony里发现了
abnormal，最有可能是细胞从羊水提取后在lab里培养过程中由于生长环境变化而产生
了abnormal，而不是来自于婴儿本身，但是是most likely，不是100%，医学界的数据

章很麻烦，耽误了2个多月，材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把
我当时准备的情况跟大家说一下也许对将要申请的人有一点帮助。
我个人从这里寄出去的材料包括：
1.国内护士执照的公正，在这里网上找的公证处，在纽约，叫最佳公正，电话
7183212810
2.指纹卡，就在我住的地方的警察局办的，free
3.handbook上的申请表，贴一张照片在右下角（handbook链接：http://www.rn.ca.gov/pdfs/applicants/exam-app.pdf）
这一页有一项是填社会安全号，我当时没有就空着的，没有关系。
4.两张支票，一张办指纹的($51)，一张申请的($75)
5.写了一封信，表示感谢，一张纸，很客气的几句话
从学校寄出的材料：
1.中英文成绩单（学校有，我来之前到学校教务处办好的）
2.学位证书和毕业证书中英文版（来之前自己办好到学校教务处办好的，盖好了章）
3.课程描述9门（内外妇儿、精神科护理、生理、解剖、免疫、微生物，好像是这些，
