1. lease车要注意到额外交的bank acquisition fee，而买车就不需要交这个。假如每
次都是lease 3年，就等于是每3年交一次bank acquisition fee。
2. lease车省不了税。尽管表面看上去lease一回你只交车子贬值那部分的税，但问题
是你这个lease term完了之后再lease下一辆车子的时候，还是要接着交对应的那辆车
子贬值部分的税。换句话说只要你用着车子，你就等于要交当月车子贬值的那部分钱的
税。更亏的是因为新车头几年贬值最厉害，所以你一直lease车子的话，就相当于一直
持续交最贬值数额的税。
3. 有一些州（比如说texas）法律还规定，无论是lease还是purchase，一律交整车的
税，所以在这些州lease显得很不划算。

忙着上班还要管理联赛，我不容易啊，嗯。
暂定的草稿时间：3月21日9:00 EDT.这样在老包的时间是6:00，应该不错吧。我想尽量
在这个周末完成草稿，如果有人实在没空，请尽快通知我。如果所有managers都同意，
我也可以把草稿时间设在下周一到下周五之间的某个晚上。最后的选择是下个周末的某
个时候。
关于每周的player acquisition limits，好像本league没有这个设置。每个赛季最多
可以make 100 acquisition，相当于每周4个。要不就把这个当作上限吧。
最高trade number设在25个，相当于全队trade一遍，应该足够了。
另外把DL设置为2个。如果大家有要求，可以再增加。 |

要严格，管理要松一些的 - 我说管制严，管理松 - 因为美国不要license, 但是用一
些莫明其妙的限制管制了硬件。
现在纽约州通过的SB法律，结果是造成的管理和管制比大多数其它发达国家都要严。

窃取商业机密（Theft of Trade Secrets）——
简单来说就是明知故犯地把技术从原来的物主那里给“搞”走。
商业间谍（Economic Espionage），是把技术“搞”到外国受益。
这里●特别强调●，“外国”并不单是指外国的政府，
还包括了外国政府所明显控制的机构、以及政府的agent（官员、员工、代理等）。
先寻求几个案例————
有没有谁不小心某一次email发错了对象导致泄密，被起诉商业间谍的？
有没有“搞”了技术，到美国另一家公司工作，然后被起诉商业间谍的？
有没有“搞”了技术，到国外退休隐居，然后被起诉商业间谍的？
有没有自己发明专利后到其他国家建厂，然后被起诉商业间谍的？
再拿天津大学这几位大仙的案子为例——
明知故犯——check
“搞”走——check
外国受益——check
