只是yeast 破壁比较麻烦，beat beater可以用，还可以用一个机器破壁 很方便
但机器也有好多种，其中一款非常好用，也不产生泡沫和变性，厂商忘记了，
有些机器不好用，明显产生泡沫，蛋白变性。 |

学不学蛙泳没太大关系，如果学的话，那就归零从头学起。换气，漂浮(streamline)，
分解划手和蹬腿，手脚配合，再加上换气。
如果直接学自由泳，一般也是这个过程。漂浮，抱板打腿，夹板划臂，手脚配合，加换
气。
我是这样觉得的，如果你说的情况属实，而没有过度谦虚，现阶段没有必要找personal
trainer。你就在你们学校报个游泳中级班（初级一般是给一点都不会游的），给姐夫
在他们学校报个游泳高级班。跟班学，估计至少两个泳姿都能学会。科班出身比自己看
书看视频相对效率要高很多。自己好好体会，先着眼于技术细节，先不要追求速度和距
离。
蛙泳腿其实并不是踩水。真正的踩水是egg beater。无论蛙泳还是自由泳，技术掌握对
了，事半功倍。

这种设计是减阻的。
wetsuit除了保暖还可以增加浮力，可以节省部分腿力给后面的赛程使用。不过穿和脱
确实比较费劲，多练习。
姐姐你是在open water么？不管怎么样，一定要学会踩水，这样即便在游泳池的深水区
也有帮助。性命攸关的事儿。以前国内游泳考深水证都是要考踩水的。你可以搜一下
egg beater kick drill的视频跟着学习一下。 |

想换火花塞还有后面的O2 sensor。先看honda oem的价格，直接晕倒了。honda oem的
火花塞是NGK iridum的，dealer卖一套上百块，后来在advance auto用了coupon，还是
要九块钱一个；o2 sensor honda的三百多刀，然后找副厂的，universal fit的自然便
宜，三四十块，但是觉得切线接线会好麻烦，没有lift总趴在车下也不是办法；找
direct fit的副厂还好的牌子也要七八十上百块。
对比miata，用NGK v power的火花塞，当初找的deal六块钱四个买的。
穷学生确实不应该折腾好车哇。
车子停在楼下也老不放心，过一会就去看一眼看看有没有人划我的篷子。 哈哈，这样
下去会疯掉的。
本来想卖掉miata的，现在不知道该怎么办了。看来该留着miata当比赛车还有winter

价是2000快带雪胎和圈还有magnaflow排气，硬顶写了单独卖1200，连车一起买就一共
3000.
今天就无数电话，第二个电话就卖掉了，1900不带雪胎圈和硬顶。1900就是kbb的good
private party价格。有人要2700拿现金过来买我说算了已经答应其他人了。主要不想
太过分了不厚道，根据人品守恒原则。s2000占了小便宜，其他方面最好不要占了。
没有想到miata这么流行。。但是我冬天就没有winter beater了。。还要给s2000买雪
胎估计贵死，而且有点舍不得冬天开。 |
