个人看法：首先EB1B claim两项就可以了。除非背景特别强，claim三项。你的
publication 和 citation都比较弱，不应该单独claim authorship。从你的情况来看
，应该claim 1. Contribution (把所有能放到这里都放上)；2. Review。

我的情况是non-profit H1B DIY 加急. 对于non-profit的H1B，个人感觉自己做就好了
，没有抽签什么的压力。学校出的check, HR的人很好，还提醒我所用附加材料要用带
学校title的纸来打印。当时在网上虽然找到不少资料，但是还有一些不明白的。比如
，学校的年收入和净收入应该怎么填（按学校的税表填，学校只有budget, 我把这个当
学校收入，净收入我填的是n/a），应该交哪些费用等等。USCIS关于H1B的网页一定要
通读。不占名额的h1b是寄到不同地方的，不按州区分。我当是为了确认，打了他们的
客服，可是三个人告诉我的地址都不一样。我按照网页上要求的那个特殊地址寄的。我
办了加急，大概2～3个星期就拿到了。

contribution和totality. IO的RFE信写得很长，可是感觉这人根本没仔细看petition
letter, 忽略了提供的很多关键证据。信也有很多错误。

totality不够，NOID notice很长，批判的点比较多，我看不出IO真正关注的是哪一点
或者是每条都不放过，我总结了要点如下，也把原文附在文后了。

1. 仅有审稿的客观证据不足以证明sustained national or international

加了四封推荐信（都是引用过文章的人），要了几封editor的信证明是领域top的人才
能被邀请审稿，
最主要的还是要挖料挖料挖料（之前不上心 惨痛教训啊筒子们），然后要在推荐信中
体现， 另外最后决定的回信策略是相当于重写了一遍PL， 而没有针对io逐条反驳（因
为可能就是个模版io拿来贴一下吧）
感觉这个0201还算比较公正，也有可能holiday season了，心情比较好^_^

的petition letter研究了一番，一共提了四个问题前两个可以明确感觉是我们需要补
推荐信，然后就是文章引用（申请时，由于引用比较少，文章比较新，所以没有提及）

可是第三条和四条感觉很茫然。

通过看模板和RFE的区别，模板同时强调significance and orignality。RFE基本上不
提major significance，却一直提orignal。我认为IO承认我贡献的重要性，但是对原
创新提出疑问。我回答要针对orignal来，而不是针对significant来，不知道对不对。

是以下几条都要符合吗。 如果有一条非常强的话，能不能过呢？
能不能推荐信证明我的research 是original的 就是独一无二的， 我的推荐信中列出
的事实 （objective evidence） 只能证明是独一无二的，就是我是唯一做这个的人。
我的research 是original。 但是证明major significance 有难度，只能是专家说是
major significance，没有媒体报道等来支持。（但是可以用第5条来支持，说能做第
5条的人 多么多么牛啊）。
第5条我可以找到3个强有力的证据， 都是objective evidences。
这个思路可以吗
这样我算满足了3）和5）还是只满足 5）

今天律师发过来RFE信，至今还没有收到信。对于我担心的文章数量问题，IO并没有表
示异议。主要质疑三个方面：
1) whether you will continue to work in your field, 说我的DS2019上面我说
short term scholar，其实我说J1 的postdoc
2) whether your work will substantially benefit prospectively the United
States,
and 3) the original contributions of major significance criterion.
关于1和2，律师说让博后老板写封信，本不想惊动他，看来是不行了。
关于3 contribution部分，在PL中我有列举很多 多次及大段引用，但都是一句话总结
别人怎么用的，没有引用原文，没有深入具体的延伸，交之前就觉得这是个问题，一下
