个人信息: cs phd 第二年结束，2年前在上海check。
这次回去上海约不到时间，约在沈阳签。6月2号上午到沈阳使馆，
在1号录指纹的窗口面签的，vo主要问我要了resume，research方面
的信息，导师的biography跟个人主页等。当时她要的材料都给了，
但是vo说要给我administrative processing 3到4周，个人理解就是
check。我当时告诉她我2年前被check过，vo不理。郁闷出来之后发现
vo给的蓝条上勾的是缺材料，但是并没指出缺了哪个材料，而且想起来
我连指纹都没有录，所以回家马上找同学发传真到沈阳使馆问指纹跟缺
材料的事情。当时只想做做努力，没抱太大希望。但是发过传真下午3
点沈阳使馆就来电话（打的手机）问我指纹是不是没录，然后又问我
是不是2年前被check过。并且让我带着项目的详细介绍，新的offer
letter跟i20等材料尽快赶到沈阳使馆。通话期间听到一个黑人口音说
我这种情况可以give me visa right away。

小公司research engineer， 公司200号人，做Research的算起来可以凑个6、7个，只
有4个PhD。
老三样
1、Publilcation
Journal Paper 7， 2篇中文都是1作，英文4篇1作
Conference Paper 11， 2篇中文烂会， 9篇IEEE的会（行业里还算不错的）
Patent 3， 1个中国 2个美国
2、Review
刚好30次，5个杂志
两个杂志主编给了证明信
3、Citation
最弱的部分，绝大部分Citation都是一篇中文文章的，而且都是中文文章引用。
英文引用一共只有20来个，加上CNKI上中文的能有150（100+独立），但悲摧的中文引
用不管用阿
推荐信5个，
4个都是美国的，1个欧洲的。
3个独立的，一个邀请过去做特邀报告，一个是常去会议的Chair，一个是领域大牛
求建议
1、公司证明3个以上的研究员是不是只要给一个简单的Biography，还是要贴上3个研究
员的CV阿？
2、弱Citation大家建议如何弄？
3、其他还有什么需要concern的请拍 |

发现google scholar要比isi要多很多
数学方向的文章 google scholar一篇有25， 一篇有6 基本上都是他引， 只有一篇是
以前的老板和别人写的
到了isi 就只有13 和 1 了， 真悲催。
仔细看了一下 google scholar有些是中文引用 有些是preprint, dissertation, 还有
不少是arXiv 和 mpra的不是peer reviewed journal上的
可如果把这些都去掉 引用数又很难看了。。
大家有什么建议吗？可以就直接用google scholar上的数字吗？
另外，除了google scholar 上 my citation的summary外，需要把google scholar上所
有引用的文章的list全打印下来吗？
考古看到有的贴子上说 还需要把别人引用文章的first page, 还有提到的名字
highlight, 以及biography都打印下来。。。真的要打印的这么全吗？

香港的语文教育远不及我们，很多字他们是读错和写错的。但是由于受到香港电影和电
视剧的影响，我们也跟着他们读错写错，这是很不应该的。下面我们来看一下香港人经
常读错和写错的几个字。
1, “时间”的“间”
“空间”的“间“(记为间(1))和“间隔”的“间”(记为间(2))，哪一个在意思上更接
近“时间”的“间”？“时间”显然不是间隔的意思，而是指一个dimension。所以“
时间”的“间”应该读“间(1)”。另外，“空间”和“时间”的“间”在普通话都读
jian1，而“间隔”的“间”读jian4。
2, “传奇”的“传”
