1. 个人亲历的经验, bladder比auger和化学drain opener都容易使用,效果要好.如果
管子堵了或者由于油垢积累流动不畅,建议直接上bladder
2. Homedepot比harbor freight卖得贵.
3. 使用时bladder不要选小了,基本要求是非膨胀时可以放进去, 而最大膨胀尺寸最好
大于(不包括等于)管子的尺寸. 2"的管子用median size,1.5"管子用small size.否则
容易爆掉.
4. 基本顺序: 连接bladder到garden hose上,把bladder插入水管(不用太深,进去就行
了),最后放水.
不要在没插进管子前就放水,bladder很容易就爆了. |

发现狗狗便血，是她自己hold不住了，就在房间里 pee， 然后发现很红。而且越来越
红。后来医生说，狗狗并没有没有流多少血。
前面朋友说得很对，尿路感染，也会引起bladder stone. 一个可能的原因引起bladder
stone就是 bladder 里面有细菌。 |

将管道内的堵塞物冲走(如果水压足够大的话）
如果水压不够大，不能冲走，就只能上auger,遇到elbow就比较麻烦了。 |

平时没有给她水，标准是，总要有fresh water avaible to her,distilled water is
better.尤其是遛弯回来一定要喝水的，有的狗狗白天自己在家，它们自己怕有尿憋得
难受， 就故意少喝水 这时候可以给他们cranberry juice, It wont hurt anything
and some ppl say that its good to prevent bladder stone but not
scientifically confirmed。some breed are just prone to bladder stone.
还有一个值得注意的地方就是少一些treat， 含钙， 镁太高的都不好。
她现在的食物是half dry and half wet（罐头） mix. 罐头确实是比较好。
哦还有这次手术还有其他的治疗费用花了２０００左右。早知道给她买个保险好了：（ |

My husband had Cystoscopy done today. Doctor said he saw tumor that's red,
meaning it was bleed lately, which caused blood in urine. Doctor also said
that benign tumor usually won't bleed, so big chance it's cancer.
Doctor has scheduled surgery 2 weeks later to remove that tumor. I am
wondering whether we should seek a second opinion during the mean time. I

得，一个意思。其实我的症状不严重，排尿不疼也没有痒的症状，是检查怀孕的时候无
意中发现的，当时我还很吃惊，我从来没有得过尿路感染膀胱感染之类的，平生第一次
啊，还是在刚发现怀孕的时候，无比郁闷，后来医生给开了抗生素，我吃了3颗，就好
了，几个星期后面复查就没有细菌了，我觉得也没有必要那么排斥抗生素，拖着老不好
，说不定问题更大。 |

虑是肾结石的问题说如果吃完抗生素还不好，或者狗狗出现呕吐的症状，就要拍片子。
吃了2周的抗生素，症状好转，最近又复发，所以在继续吃。
貌似结石是很严重的情况。我也很担心，SIGH。想请教一下MM，你家狗狗的结石是怎么

最见发现它会在室内尿尿，以前从来不的，就是hold不住了。然后带她出去的时候，尿
的不是很顺畅， 要等一下才能尿出来， 出去遛的时候，她要尿好几次。 这些都是
不正常的，今天带她去看医生，就是annual check, 医生摸她肚子的时候说， 觉得有
异常， 建议作x-ray, 我没有和医生说他的症状，这个医生是比较有经验和负责的，
摸得很细， 所以我就给狗狗做了x-ray, 发现了stone.
bladder stone是狗狗很容易的一种病， 要给多喝水，多potty. 我的狗狗就是ld戴了
半年，没有带好。 很后悔。 还有哦，手术要１５００, laser要２－３０００，而
且都有危险。希望保守治疗能好， 狗狗会develop 5种不同的stone, 只有一种是可以
用保守治疗的方法dissolve， 如果是其他４种，就必须手术了。 |

infection也就是尿路感染，非kidney stone.

国几个主要医学院多中心推广研究肖氏反射弧（somatic-autonomic reflex arc）肖氏
手术。NIH已决定由哈佛大学医学院建立DATA Base，收集处理多中心肖氏反射弧手术资
料。
向NIH要求参加该计划的大学太多，在平衡协调上伤透脑筋。我当然希望多多益善，但
经费有限。目前基本选定东海岸哥伦比亚大学医学院，哈佛大学医学院，华盛顿大学（

开来老外对肖的手术还是评价还是不错的，首先觉得很新颖很有趣，其次有些手术效果
不错，有的还有待观察。在2008年，这个手术在美国还是处于试验研究阶段，只对严重
瘫痪病人试用。

昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他

2009年3月16日，脊柱裂协会举行脊柱裂研究及护理首届世界大会。会前的3月12日，
ACH医院在肖的指导下做了8例手术，其中包括唯一的一名10岁脊髓损伤患者Adam Byrum
。他是其中唯一的一例非“双盲”。
整整3年之后的今年3月12日，这名患者的结果公布了：“术后6个月有少许初步改善，
术后两年无临床改善”。继德国纽约大学的2例、Beaumont医院的2例、德国的8例脊髓
损伤肖氏手术临床试验全部失败后，这例失败无需惊讶。不过，值得注意的是，这是肖
氏手术术后进行探查的唯一一例：“肉眼观察发现吻合完整，未见电生理活动，神经未
从吻合处再生。”
术后探查发现虽然吻合完整，但神经却未再生，这对肖氏手术原理是致命一击。三家试

我写个摘要：
手术有风险，风险是手术一侧神经的变弱或萎缩。原文:The risks of this surgery
are weakness to the lower extremity (the operative side).
若是非同侧，或者两侧都出现问题，则应该是疾病本身造成的而不是手术造成的。
问题：那些被报道的，到底是两侧都有问题，还是就手术侧有问题。还有，就用这个做
个retrospective study 去验证一下安全性，很简单吧。

很多非专业人士可能认为：膀胱不能排尿，可能不是一个大不了的问题（或者疾病）。
其实膀胱这是一个很常见，并且很费钱，很痛苦的疾病。这是因为排尿是一个复杂的反
射过程。一般的排尿障碍主要是脊髓损伤导致。但是脊髓损伤确非常常见(neurogenic
bladder)。胚胎／先天发育异常(spina bifida脊柱裂），脊髓创伤（比如车祸、战争
中的枪伤或者爆炸伤、事故（比如跳楼、攀岩掉落）、暴力事件（刀具等的损伤）、医
疗相关（腹部手术，这种情况排尿困难只是暂时的），脊髓肿瘤，脊髓结核病等等。著
