题。 曾经捐给一个local police charity, 后来引来一堆policeman，serviceman,
firefighter的charity打电话要捐款，一说No, 就“You do not want to support
your policeman/fire fighter?！ #￥%—*。。。。。
后来上网一查， 绝大部分这种charity都不在一个州政府名单上！也就是捐款花哪儿不

鉴于近期外界对于海外中国教育基金会是否有针对特殊个人或家庭募捐的质疑，特
发表声明如下：海外中国教育基金会章程规定了基金会特别专注于帮助中国农村贫困地
区的学生、教师及学校改善教育设施和条件。基金会迄今的受益群体在受助期间全部是
中国大陆居民，基金会从未针对中国大陆居民以外的特殊个人或家庭组织过任何形式的
募捐活动，也从未与任何其它慈善机构合作过类似目的的募捐活动。
非常感谢大家长期以来对基金会的支持和监督。

①“Agape”——在《新约圣经》里，agapē解为仁慈、无私、利他与无条件的爱

关于川普与克林顿基金会的结果：
Charity Watch:
这家只有评比 600 多个慈善机构，川普基金会没有资料，克林顿基金会评等为 A。
Charity Navigator：
这家评比 8000 多个慈善机构，克林顿基金会评等是 Low（风险低的意思），Donald J
Trump Foundation 的评等是 High，高风险。另外还有一个 Trump Foundataion，但
是没有评等资料，网站的解释是因为它的资金是来自是私人，而不是来自公众。

最近在版上发了很多信用卡，cs，shopper的帖子，不过跳出来看，那些都是小家子。
我觉得要真正省钱，甚至生钱还是要靠缴税还有投资方面的。不过这方面我是白痴，比
如，我感兴趣的有：
（1）缴税方面
Non-resident（如俺这样穷学生）和Resident（绿卡们）在那几个方面可以合法地少缴税？如何利用各种每年的Tax Deduction？我知道很多deduction是use it or lose it，比如那个IRA每年几千什么的。所以这么多机会不用太浪费了。还比如用morgage抵税，charity什么的。
(2)投资方面
各位如何看待现在的股市还有房市啊？在其中的和不在其中的，各位对未来走向怎么看啊？我是挺看好未来一年的股市的，应该比存CD甚至麻烦的rewards checking盈利多。不过新手入市需要注意什么吗？

讨价还价，说收入低(在美国确实没收入),找找charity(女儿美籍可以有charity)，最
后付一两百差不多了(如果不是只要付10块钱charity申请费的话)。

他们说她不是账单人应该没事！就是医院账单太坑爹，缝了个针就4000多刀 |

避税了，有人尝试过吗？据说Charity的收入每年要求至少花掉5%，这个还是很容易做

It is NOT a crime to ask for money regardless your actual finance situation.
One could pay you the money as a gift money or as some claimed that it was
a buying. It is also fine that you want other to donate money.
There was an important point that a lot of people ignored.
LilyKang claimed that money giving to her was donation and even was
qualified for tax return. LilyKang might have made tremendous trouble!
