一点就是政府要给人民一定的经济保障,换句话说就是要给人民发现金。因为人只有在
解除了温饱的后顾之忧之后才能够解放头脑进行更有价值的活动。当然了他的什么国家

个reviewers的reviews(都是匿名的,没有打分),需要在72小时内给予不超过500字
的回复,做最后一驳。。。
我看到3个reviews的时候感觉基本没戏了,可老板觉得还行。他说第一个人认为
positive;第二个人比较positive;第三个人(以下简称R3)显然negative,很可能会
为了reject我们而argue。
他们大部分的评论都是边边角角的小细节,我都能回复。只是关于related work的,我
得承认我犯了个错误,有一类文章,本来引述了的,为了省空间,后来把citer给删掉
了。(这类文章我比老板懂,所以他没看出来漏掉了,这是我的责任。)
