享下。RFE的response其实也就是再重新组织材料，重新写的petition letter.
看到RFE， 我感觉IO根本没怎么看我的petition letter, 所以在准备response的时候
，都时时考虑，如果IO粗略扫一眼的话，他能不能get the point. 所以用了很多下划
线，加粗之类的highlight 关键词。格式上每一项，每一小项都分清楚。那些个比较复
杂的证据，如果不是非常强，宁可不要。

如同前面几位说的，WOS非常懒惰，最近接受或者刚发表出来的文章根本不在里面。而
且它对于剔除他引的计算有很多问题。如果你有10片文章，它只是把这10片文章里面互
相引用的数字剔除。而不是你的某一个共同作者另外发表的文章引用剔除。这个显然会
有虚高。
使用办法：到WOS网站，查询你的文章，然后选取后，点击“addtomarkedlist”。然后
继续查询，知道找到所有的文章。注意，里面会有会议的报告，需要剔除。最后点击
markedlist，你的所有文章都会在里面（当然最新的不在）。然后点击
createcitationreport。右手边，你会看到Sum of the Times Cited和Sum of Times
Cited without self-citations。后面的那个我认为就是他引的数据。但是这个有问题
，不是真正的他引。看解释：

的citing articles。请问
1. 怎么打印独立引用总数？
比如在ISI查出自己的所有文章，然后点create citation report，出来的有四个数据:
sum of times cited
sum of times cited without self-citations
citing articles
citing articles without self-citations
我的理解是，独立引用应该算sum of times cited without self-citations（请科普）
可是这里面只去掉了我是第一作者的自引，没有去掉其他作者跟我有交叉的引用文章
怎么样把这些非独立引用去干净呢？（不知道我说清楚了没）
2. 假如每篇引文引用我的2篇文章，那么如果我有n篇citing articles，那times
cited就是2n。那我打印出的list里有n个citing articles，还是不能证明times cited
是2n呀？

我的case他引一项很弱，所以我Exhibit Index中有意突出了一些闪光点，在文章（18

只有authorship通过.连contribution都没有通过.我以为是media report有问题.
我还要申诉.
这次准备是不是只要contribution和media report九可以了.
感觉很严厉:(
十条,每一条都写上,这条没有证据,那条没有证据. 只有在authorship下写了合格.
后来,我仔细读了一下,拒绝我的信里写到的,contribution, 94推荐信里挑出几个名字
和他们的title来,然后说这里还是不符合要求(还以为IO读了资料了呢).我发了几十篇的文章,怎
么就是垃圾呢,怎么不是贡献呢?所以, 他拒绝我的contribution也没有特殊性,94模板:啥引用都
是普通的,这个不算.都没有看我准备的材料.

根据web of science的定义，Sum of Times Cited without Self-Citations只是去除了所查文章之间的重复引用而已。并没有去除文章coauthor引用情况。好像版上大大们认为coauthor的文章不算独立引用吧。

加了四封推荐信（都是引用过文章的人），要了几封editor的信证明是领域top的人才
能被邀请审稿，
最主要的还是要挖料挖料挖料（之前不上心 惨痛教训啊筒子们），然后要在推荐信中
体现， 另外最后决定的回信策略是相当于重写了一遍PL， 而没有针对io逐条反驳（因
为可能就是个模版io拿来贴一下吧）
感觉这个0201还算比较公正，也有可能holiday season了，心情比较好^_^
以上希望可以给大家一些回复noid的参考信息，由于一些原因，更详细内容就不方便写

中国对象牙的旺盛需求。据其它研究者和非政府组织的估计，中国的象牙价格最低也在
每公斤300美元和750美元之间，即使按照这个数字，也说明中国的象牙价格在三年时间
里至少涨了一倍。
由于很多象牙贸易属违法活动，因此很难得到有关象牙贸易活跃程度的官方数据。据《
濒危野生动植物种国际贸易公约》(Convention on International Trade in
Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora，简称：Cites)发布的报告，2009年至
2011年6月，中国内地和香港查获了四大批货物，缴获非法象牙6,500多公斤。
这份报告说，中国已超过日本，成为世界上非法象牙产品最大的消费市场。
