dealer说他们上午先做了engine的dry test，结果四个cylinders有两个piston不能正
常move，所以不能正常compression，压力过低
然后他们又做了wet test，就是往cylinders里加了点oil去lubricate，结果四个
cylinders都正常工作了，包括那两个原先有问题的cylinders
dealer也不清楚到底什么问题，说他们会把cylinder里的oil sample送到外面的lab做
检验，分析里面的成分，以确定engine cylinders到底有没有问题
Dealer提到如果engine cylinder没问题的话，也有可能是什么electric线路问题
另外，昨天没开车，车停外面，下了一天的雨，晚上点火不到一分钟在driveway上挪了
一点，结果今天早上就没法start了 |

google "PosiTemp Cartridge Cleaning Instructions"
会找到一个pdf文件。按照pdf文件指示把cylinder取出来清理一下就好了。
如果是第一次修水龙头，那个cylinder是比较难拿下来的，你需要一个cylinder
remover，是个硬塑料小盖子一样的东西，套上去方便用钳子转动cylinder，然后取下
来。
cylinder取出后，摇晃一下，十有八九你听不到活动部件的声响。把底下的下盖子打开
清理一下再盖上，然后逆序把水龙头再装起来就好了。
你需要很好的润滑剂才能把cylinder再原样塞回去。去homedepot看看，在plumbing区
，跟cylinder remover在一个地方，你可以问他们用什么样的润滑剂，我用的silicon
grease，很便宜，但是比较黏，不知道有没有更好的。 |

发帖数: 293 | 14 02年的Taurus买菜车，前几周有一个#5 cylinder misfire的code，车抖，长时间待速
engine灯就会闪。换了火花塞，线，coil pack，fuel injector，问题还是存在。昨天
去大店查了一下，说，compression test，#5是30PSI，其他的cylinder是130-140PSI
。 Cylinder leakage test showed large exhaust valve leak on cylinder #5。修
要打开cylinder head，送去修，保价2450。真心不想花这么多钱修一个破车。
我现在两个想法：
凑合再开上大半年，到时搬家，就把破车扔了。就是费油和抖的很，不知这样可行否？
修车的人告诉我继续开会损坏catalytic converter，修起来更贵。是不是真的，这个
坏了会怎么样？
问了附近一个老莫，说让我去junk yard找一个旧的cylinder head，他500修车，还要
找人去拆motor和买parts的钱，估计也要7，800了
怎么办好，感谢所有的建议

热胀率不一样，所以要车冷的时候换．我这个没有搞对，我觉得冷的时候肯能不好拧，
还特意把车开出去兜了一圈，弄热才换的．
我弄得缸３，想着反正是弄，把１和２都换了吧，结果拿掉ｃｏｉｌ，发现火花塞的ｓ
ｏｃｋｅｔ根本套不上这两个缸里面的火花塞，貌似或火花塞上部有一个圆环，这个是

唯一需要注意的地方是刹车片每边两块后面的shim是不一样的。caliper的pistons买个
几块钱的c-clamp压回去就好了，刹车液会往回推一些可能会从master cylinder的
reservoir流出来一点（盖子打开）。
每侧一共就2个bolt需要拧。刹车盘也换的话4个bolt。
caliper要换的话多一个连着brake line的banjo bolt需要拧，这个换完要flush brake
fluid。最好用跟你车子现有刹车液颜色不同的刹车液，这样好观察是不是换干净了。
两个人搞就很容易，一个人刹车踩到底，另一个人松开bleeder bolt（上面套一个透明
橡皮管，好观察气泡），气泡出来以后关上bleeder bolt，另一人松开刹车；重复直到
没有更多气泡跑出来。重复其他三个轮子。具体四个轮子怎么个顺序每个车不一样，查
下你车手册。一般原则是从最远离master cylinder的轮子开始弄。注意master
cylinder reservoir要不断加刹车液，快见底了就要加，不然master cylinder进空气

处望改
正。
该文章为原创。本人不是学汽车的，跟mechanical关系也不算大，汽车只是个人爱好，
以下所
有内容均为自学，所以可能存在不足或有误，希望高人修正指导。
在列出可能造成熄火或者怠速异常因素之前，应该先明白发动机怠速时的基本知识—保
证空
气/汽油比例正常，这里说的正常是比发动机理想状态下空气/汽油比14.7:1汽油输出量
要高，
通常称为rich mixture，因为在冷启动时发动机需要更多的汽油来保证正常运转。
混合气进入气缸中的过程：空气通过intake vacuum进入，通过节气门与汽油混合进入
气缸
PS曾经看过一视频，发动机怠速不稳定，转速表不停的上下摆动，后来原因为drive
belt的问
题

no if you need a brake flush you need a master cylinder too. Unlike other
fluids brake fluid is composed of special blends that rather than thinning
out over time and heat it actually conditions it self to remain the same for
the life of the vehicle. However when it gets too tick the pressure is too
much for a master cylinder and that is when both the fluid and the master

Taurus的cylinder，1-3是在后边，4-6是在前边。可是在网上买cylinder head gasket
，提示的是left side和right side两种，而不是front和rear，看着图有些不同，不明
白该用那个？

3. Engine: 4-cylinders and 2.0L? I know it is a turbo-supercharge-
powerful one, but it is still one with only 4 cylinders and 2.0L. If you
have driven both the 3.0L 6-cylinder T6 S60 and the 2.0L 4-cylinder T5 S60,I
am sure you can tell the difference. If not, test drive the 2015 XC60,which
has both 3.0L and 2.0L engine options. |
