persuade people to buy your stuff.
2. You also need to figure out how your customer will pay you. COD or terms.
You have to watch out for some distributors' money/check. It is very likely
that half of them will give you checks that don't have enough money or
delay payment.

司，我这边主要负责美国这边的业务，中小公司的联系，协议等。问一下万能的群这样
的模式可行不？如何能最有效的根美国这边的中小型公司联系上达成协议呢？
有没有比较全的资料信息关于国内比较需要的这方面的产品？另外有什么集中的信息资
源可以方便我找到美国这边的中小型公司？

最近车在高速上 加速超过50mph 震动 service engine soon灯也亮了

在一个车铺里 没有诊断 直接做了engine tune up 换了如下东西
6个spark plug
spark plug wire
pcv valve
fuel filter
distributor cap
distributor rotor
换完第二天 车开动后 晃得很厉害 开了时间越久 晃得越厉害
等红灯,engine idle时 还会熄火
自己去测出 OBD-II P0300 code (random multiple misfire detected)
去dealer那里检查 被告知distributor坏了
上周换了distributor之后 车开起来不晃了

同样问题 换过一模一样的distributor

1 标好六根wire和distributor六个出口位置 连错了 车就没法启动了
2 标好distributor rotor的方向 不需要完全精确 但是如果错 超过60度 车就没法启
动了
3 拔开气管 需要特殊的尖钳子 喷上润滑剂 气管破了就麻烦了
4 固定distributor的螺钉 位置在深处 需要用带磁性的screwdriver 松开取出
5 新distributor上的六个PIN 居然有一个在插上接头后 弯掉了 没法卡住 车也没

跟你订货的都是reseller 都是懂行的 要什么产品都是不用你distributor努力推销的
只要你价格在那里 肯定来买你的 marketing都是不用太做的 你是这个牌子的最大代理
我跟那个品牌联系的时候人直接给我说北美他们家这个distributor最大产品全价格低
所以你只能去那里买喽 所以人不caresales烂不烂 也没办法
我就是感叹下美国人真有脑子不灵光的啊...
恐怕还是几个 distributors 里面， 品种最全的那个。。。
等等其他因素。
有了这些， 他不是太注意 inside (call in) sales, 也不愿意花高一点点的价钱雇聪
明一点的人做这个inside sales。 好的销售人员呢， 又看不上他给的那点薪水。。。
我是说这些都是可能的因素。
所以经营企业， 很多老板都有很多无奈， 做不到尽善尽美， 叫 Muddling through。
这种状况， 就给潜在竞争对手创造了进入这个领域的机会

这代丰田貌似橡胶都不合格，时间长了老化萎缩,可能不止一个地方漏。我的车拆开之
后oil pump那里没有漏油，但是 crankshaft有油滴，VCG后后面全是油。
Parts你可以直接去toyota dealer买，也可以到网站买。dealer的报价比网站加运费居
然还贵一点。

以上的一大把，加上公司100% match 6-12% 401k， 公司服务到退休有一次性上百万的
pension，还有一周工作四天一周工作五天，每年5周vacation，加州风景再美，这些能
比吗？

The only distributor that retails is Apmex.
I believe other distributors will just have to pass the sales as they just
don't sell 1 coin at a time.
So Apmex may end up being the only seller and they have no ground to refuse
mint. but they have to sell one set at a time with a small margin.
This time's mintblognews also reveals very important information: the list
of mint distributors. This is not something well publicized. |

发帖数: 5 | 31 说来话长，前段时间DIY修好了车窗后颇有成就感，于是就雄心勃勃准备搞定车子的所
有大小问题。有天在外面吃饭时候遇到一个哥们对修车很在行，家里大小工具一应俱全
，说出个什么毛病他马上旧能指出应该检查那些部位，最差的他能告诉你本地哪个修理
店最便宜最可靠。我大喜，马上请他给看看我的98 900S（就是被称为“the last true
SAAB”）。
哥们开出去兜了一圈，又麻利的打开前盖检查了一下，回来给我说发动机温度过高（温
度指针指在中间位置，以前没注意）。然后油门有点迟钝，可能是DISTRIBUTOR（分电
器）不好用了。然后哥们打开DISTRIBUTOR cap, 说有点漏油导致漏电，所以油门迟钝
，解决了这个问题，可能发动机温度过高的问题也可能解决。
马上回家查了DISTRIBUTOR报价，靠，都在300以上。哥们又建议买二手的，我找了个二
手店“ALL FOREIGN PARTS”订购了一个。邮过来后又找哥们安上了。不过换了
DISTRIBUTOR发动机温度还是那么高，油门还是那样一点没变化，最郁闷的是开了没两
天CHECK ENGINE灯亮了。这下麻烦大了，请DEALER检查 |

on traditional cars, there is one important device called distributor.
it is devoted purely for this purposes.
usually a distributor is mounted on one top side of engine.
there is a shaft inside and driven by the camshaft.
and there is a small rotor mounted on the shaft.
when engine rotates, the distributor shaft will rot |

你把档挂到N档试试看，有些时候经常在P档打火，时间长了，接触不好，可以换的N档
dissembler and check battery in advancedauto, walmart, or..
stater也可以在autozone/checkers免费查，不过自己要先拆下来。starter repair
kit
1. 接jump cable/instant power.
2. 钻车头, 连续敲/振 starter
3. 找个人, 敲时候, 保持key start, 直到起来.
battery total dead，jump也没用。换个新电池就Ok了。
那人踩着油门，我一直拧着钥匙打火，能持续5,6秒，还是打不着。
jumper也没法，那就不是电池问题，发动机有哼哧哼哧声音，那可能是火花塞miss
fire吧，油路堵
或者火花塞年久失修也都正常。你的check engine灯不亮么？可以去读code看看啊。
会不会有抖的感觉，尤其是红灯后起步时，如果有，那火花塞的问题可能性比较大了。

打电话给Tuffy，Tuffy说要做一个100刀的diagnostic check才能判断是什么问题。
又在网上搜到AAMCO，说能帮忙做个免费的半小时左右的check。
想去试试再决定到哪修？
AAMCO以前没听过，口碑怎么样？不知道有没有人遇到过同样问题？谢谢～～～

This is a common problem when the distributor cap is cracked. It doesn't
matter if you have the electronic ignition or the old points and breaker
type. Spray some WD-40 into the dome and on the base of the distributor. WD-
40 is a water dispersant, not a lubricant. Count on replacing your
distributor cap, rotor and spark plug wires in the near future. |

So when cold no contact between the coils then no problem ignition.
When hot the coil touch each other then can't start.
After cooling down for 30min or more then back to live again.
Solution: junk yard distributor $40.
Take out the old one and put the new one in. 20min
Better pick up a new cap for distributor from autozone or other places. |

车主的distributor cap 和rotor换过不久。
之前倒是有个关于distributor的code: pending P0340 cam position sensor.
此sensor是built-in在distributor里面的。
另外，我看过2缸4缸6缸的spark plug hole 里面干干的 没有水也没有油。
至于，冷车不抖热车抖。
在换喷油器前，冷车一发动就抖。
现在换后，冷车发动不抖，怠速低速都不抖，高速下给油门就抖。

请问可能是什么问题？
修车铺的说，可能是distributor是remanufactured的，他先把线路拔了重新插上，清
了code，
再开几天，如果还有的话，可能需要换个Nissan原装的distributor
有高手知道这是怎么回事？

首先你要看车行的规模，如果是小本经营私人公司我不知道。
如果像我们这种Fortune 500内的集团公司的话，不会有任何问题。我们原来的销售开
s2000上高速给撞了，一点事没有，他们根本就是为了好玩，但是给公司解释说是想学
习了解车的性能。经理就口头说了说而已。
我刚做车行的时候帮客人拿车，因为车在库里最里面，外面被其他的车子堵住了，我移
动外面的车子的时候因为2个车离的很近又是晚上没看清加上着急怕客人等就把外面的
两部蹭了，一个擦破皮一个顶了一个dent，经理完全没为难我或让我付一分钱。
有一个刚来的学校刚毕业的小年轻员工倒车时把后保险杠顶了，但是害怕没说，最后经
理查钥匙check out记录时发现了是他，还特别对这个员工说没事，但是有这种事的时
候要报告，没人会让你赔什么，但隐瞒不报就不对了，当时我就在边上。
作为车行这种事情会经常发生，不但员工，客人有时候也会在试驾的时候出交通事故，
车行都是有保险的。
你所谓的dealer是那种小型的修车铺吧？我接触过刚来的留学生把卖车的都叫dealer,
把那种私人的只要不是卖的自己私家车做中转的也叫dealer。
