EBL的分辨率是很小. 因为电子波的德波若衣波长短. EBL非常费时. PHOTOLITHOGRAPHY
工业界用的多, EBL研究机构用的多. |

国内的LED和光伏经营困难就是因为这个核心装备一直实现不了国产化，全都得依靠昂
贵的进口货，所以产品成本高，跟国外产品相比竞争力不明显，国外一征收高额关税就
雪上加霜。
现在成本大幅度降低了以后，即使付完高额关税，利润也很可观了。
以后要是器件制造的设备譬如SEM, TEM, EBL, Photo-lithography, 也都国产化了，国
内LED, Solar的成本还能再降低一倍以上。国外的白猪就等着喝西北风吧。 |

结构看起来的确不够强悍。Torsen托森差速器与普通的开放式差速器不同，Torsen托森
差速器会自动将扭矩分配给阻力较大一侧的车轮，而普通的开放式差速器，则正与
Torsen托森差速器相反，会将扭矩分配给阻力较小的一侧。
托森的反应速度快最大好处就是连续的动力输出，并不会中间因为限滑差速器工作而导
致车辆的动力输出不连续，直接好处就是降低了陷车的概率。
Q7的EBL系统可几乎100%将打滑的轮子通过单轮制动刹死，这点是至关重要的一点，因
为如果制动力打折扣，动力将不能传输到有附着力那侧轮胎，那样的话就算你托森再强
大，Q7也是个越野废物了。
事实上Torsen托森差速器不是奥迪的专有，很多车型都使用了托森差速器，最早使用的
是悍马，并且前后轴都有。奥迪广泛使用托森差速器，并且以Quattro的名字宣传。
但是奥迪的Q不是一个托森差速器那么简单，他有自己的专利与技术。由于位置关系，
中央限滑的托森差速器又有体积的限制，所以成本更高。只有至少使用了中央差速器的
才能算做AWD。

比如分辨率降低，噪声加大，样品台不能旋转，喷水，喷烟……反正其针对的用户
对SEM的要求本来就非常低，看个微米级了不起了，搞生物的又不需要100keV，
不需要EBL或者FIB…… |

精度要求不高用photolithography,精度要求高用ebeam lithography
弄完之后RIE就可以了
或者找个带GIS module 的 EBL machine, 一次也就搞定了
不过这个活儿一般价格都挺贵的 |
