已经9天了 拍了好几次x-ray了
上周日 ，大夫说 现在看不出啥 打上了石膏 一周以后复诊 就这样了
过了两天 感觉小孩已经啥都不疼了， 虽然手臂上有石膏绷带，但是已经基本上不妨碍
玩了
感觉没啥问题了 但是今天复诊 做了xray 说是 posterior fat pad sign ， fracture
.了
。
但是问题是 小孩感觉根本就不疼了 基本都能正常用左手了啊
但后重新搭上绷带 要两周复诊。 要尽量说的好活动 不要再受伤
请问这个问题严重吗？ 我听着这名词 一点也不懂啊。
小孩非常调皮 整天都在动 本身她都不感觉疼了 怎么可能不让她动胳膊啊

length: 25 3/4 inch, 90-95%
weight: 17 lbs 14 oz, 比 95% 大出不少
儿医直接说了宝宝fat, 说我再继续这样喂她,她会sick, 会heart attack.
被儿医说了以后心情真的挺不好的. 宝宝是100% 母乳瓶喂的. 我也觉得她是属于胖
的, 脸蛋也没以前瘦的时候好看了. 但真没想到有医生说的这么严重.
这一个星期吃得是多了点32-34oz一天. 之前 30 oz左右.
这个儿医是搬家以后第一次看的, 以前的儿医没说过什么. 2个月检查的时候 体重就已
经 97%了.
大家说说怎么减肥? 宝宝平时还是挺好动的 |

都说他长得挺好的，以后自己会瘦下来。觉得医生用“fat”这个词挺不友好的，最多
说“big baby”啊。美国人小时候都小不点，长大了不也一样那么多肥肥的，亚洲人要

自己做snack，有什么推荐呢？我想了一下，我会做的几乎都是高糖高油的，比如蛋挞
、泡芙（塞蛋奶酱）、翻糖cupcakes、冰皮月饼等。
如果买新鲜水果送过去，是整个给老师，还是去皮切好装盘呢？是不是直接购买超市里
弄好的水果盒比较好？
感觉老师的意思分两种snack，一种是不fresh的，可以放在snack basket里很久的。一
种是fresh prepared的，需要提前和老师确定日期哪天送过去。不知道我理解得对不对
？其实我也比较怕万一自己做的不好哪个娃吃坏肚子之类的。
顺便问一下娃带到学校的午餐大家一般带什么，我家娃吃饭非常差，3岁了在家基本还
靠喂，而且一顿饭要好几个碗。我都愁死了，午餐盒里装点啥才能不被他搞messy呢。
而且老师说一般在外头野餐桌露天吃，偶尔在教室吃，所以更要求午餐简单方便吧。
