不大只想降低body fat的女性。。。大胖子,绝对应该先跑步降低体重;男人,也不用
操心那么多。女人呢,得小心些,如果跑不lean,可能就是掉进metabolism的陷阱了。
不同的视角而已!
我今年打算跑个半马玩呢,等我的脚恢复了,还是打算每周跑一次的。:)
我现在对身材的追求小了,更追求overall fitness,长跑也是fitness很重要的方面啊!

视频里还有一个结果我没说,就是有关muscle loss的。这两人都损失了大量肌肉,尤
其是那个吃fat的,损失2公斤肌肉。他们的结论是,身体没有suger作为能量,只有分
解肌肉(protein)转换成suger来供能。最后导致大量music loss。所以想增肌的朋友,
一定要适当摄入碳水。 |

body fat 竟然达到30%,再查前几年的纪录,一年一年明显有增加,感觉要对抗年龄增
长,绝对是uphill battle。想问问版上的大牛,你们锻炼以后是否真的能defy aging
process。我要么就是运动量不太够,吃呢,肯定有room to improve。感叹一下又要工
作,又带娃,又要锻炼,老公又不给力的大妈真不容易啊! |

服你又工作,又带娃,还坚持每周锻炼3-4次。 body fat 测得有可能不准(楼上有人
提到),你穿的衣服号码有变化吗?
锻炼还使人精力更充沛,精神愉快,减压。。。

It's easier to do longer run in summer because of early sun rise. At the
pace of keeping 60-70% HR reserve, I feel that I can run for longer
without feeling tired.
Like I said, I think my previous easy run weren't too efficient for fat
burning, I had a tendency to accelerate after while. That's why HRM is
pretty useful to slow me down. |

耗的能量是来自脂肪,如果跑太快了,消耗的能量就是糖了。然后呢?我身体里的糖要
是太低了,怎么办?什么东西可以转化成糖呢?前提是每天吃的一样多。所以没有这个
糖太低了,就想多吃的问题。
所以说可能在这个zone里可以消耗fat快一点儿。也就是说减肥。要是减重,难道不是
快跑慢跑都一样(等距离)?

如果消耗总量趋近于0,那么比例再大也没用啊。否则大家都睡觉好了,那时候心率也
低,保证burn fat。哈哈。 |

的body fat测试,还是24,和两年前一样,我的体脂怎么这么高呀?
这个星期全面歇菜,除了周二跑了5英里,其他日子全部筛网了,所以今天比赛
腿上没有任何伤病,膝盖,跟腱,Shin,ITBS各个零件全部在良好状态,跑完了
也没有任何感觉。 |
