I attended Jay Peterson’s ski camp on Mt Hood from 6/21 to 6/24. It was a
fantastic camp and I learned a lot from Jay. A few things are truly eye-
opening. What I think was my best area (flexion/extension) is actually my
worst, and what I think was my worst area (fore-aft balance) is actually
not that bad. Also I realize I did some of the release moves (two-footed
release and weighted release) completely wrong. Now I have a much better

故意沉当然不对。但是“一停一停”是难免的,手的贡献越大,就越显得“一停一停”。
顶尖的蛙泳好手无一例外采用delayed hip flexion。你可以看视频比较一下,他们比
你delay了多长时间?
有功夫做蛙腿kick drill,竭尽所能delay hip flexion(即使两膝打开宽一些!),
看你的极限能不能接近他们的delay时间。
如果你必须把两膝打开得非常宽才可以延迟flexion,那么再把两膝宽度调回来,比较
一下速度有什么变化。
为了方便你看视频学习,这里把躯干和大腿成150度定义成flexion吧。160度大概也可
以,看你方便。

跟你分享一个我教练的指导, 不知道对你有没有帮助, 也许你早就知道了,
滑mogul 在路线上有四种, zipper line, trough, blue line, green line.
zipper line 下的速度最快,就是 jonny mosely 那种, 但是对 flexion 要求非常高
,膝盖不痛不正常
green line 下的速度最慢,但是基本上不要太多的 flexion, 最轻松。
我采用的是 blue line, 我以前连续滑过三天的 单黑的 mogul 膝盖一点都不累.

Overall this camp far exceeded my expectation. Here is the list of what I
learned/improved:
1. In terms of my overall skiing, I am a bit better after the camp. My turns
are more fluid, I have better speed control, and I have much better
awareness of many aspects of my skiing (flexion/extension, upper body
coordination through CA/CB, and fore-aft balance).
2. I know what I did well (relatively speaking). That is tipping, inside
foot management, and stance leg balance.

小臂划水并不是靠肱三头肌。肱三的作用是保持直臂姿态(elbow extension);对于
elbow flexion,肱三是对抗(拉伸)而不是协同。做1000次高质量的elbow flexion,
如果大幅度侧身,向正下折小臂,需要brachioradialis力量和耐力都好,通常需要陆
上辅助训练。由于这块肌肉实在太弱,很多女子中长距离采用肘略外展,略向内抱水,
这样可以用上肱二的部分力量。
无论哪种抱水,手腕的肌肉都要加强,保持手掌和手腕姿态。

摘要
传统新闻史认为,旧制度时期的法国新闻业处于严格的书报审查制度之下,因此在1789
年革命前没有发起过对旧制度的攻击。然而,新研究表明,1775年,法国大众新闻业曾
经在政治上突然变得激进化。这一现象与一批涌入新闻业的受挫剧作家有关,更与当时
新君即位、莫普改革失败和高等法院被恢复等政治事件密切相关。但是,激进的新闻业
不久便遭到官方镇压,重新被纳入王权书报审查制度控制之下。到了1779年,一切归于
沉寂。然而,这次昙花一现的新闻自由还是对岌岌可危的旧制度造成了沉重打击。

觉得这两年真是很惨
去年夏天打网球的时候,竟然把膝盖的十字韧带扭断了,当时就无法行走了,只要使劲
就‘塌’了。马上去emergence,被告知骨头没问题。去看specialist,结果两周才排
上,期间腿在immobilizer 里固定,肌肉都萎缩了。好不容易看上医生,说acl断了,
其它没什么事,一周后手术。在手术前的一周拼命练range of motion和strength,可是
没有恢复到较好的程度,现在想想应该多恢复一下再手术,那样效果会好一些。唉,还
应该去找个second opinion,我那个医生真是二。
后来手术了,surgery report 上说干了三件事:
1. acl重建 using hamstring tendon
2. 切除medial plica
3. shave了一下后半月板,因为发现一点小伤
然后就pt什么的,要说有什么不正常那就是大概2,3周的时候腿伸直时膝盖骨会突然
shift一下,reflexion三个月时候140,也能伸直,就是没有以前的hyperextension了。
四个月的时候开始light jump,没什么大问题,就是膝盖在腿就快伸... 阅读全帖

等我有空,写个贴子吧,可太花时间。你如果严重的话,要把p90x停掉,好好学学基本
运动原理。注意早上起床后半个小时不可以做有flex spine 的运动。 不可以做任何
full range spine flexion 的运动,spine extension 不可以同时用4各区域的
extender muscle。 练习plank, side bridge, birddog, camelcat, 不可以situp,
crunch, hyper extension,superman. 走路要快走,甩手。坐的时候,后腰垫个枕头
,要不时变换姿势。

力量训练有快俩月了,每周去gym 3-5次不等,主要练腿(至少两天)。程序就是先跑5
-10分钟热身,然后挨个儿的做器械:leg extension, lying leg curl,
seated hip adduction(Abduction), hip flexion, standing calf
raise, etc.
刚开始的时候练哪儿哪儿疼,特有成就感,到现在重量加了1.5-2倍了,反而怎么做都
不疼。腿确实比以前瓷实了,但肌肉没长到我要的效果,关键不往大块儿长。更糟糕的
是现在膝盖开始不舒服了,不知道是不是承重太多,leg extension 的时候会有软骨
摩擦的感觉,早上醒来第一次+动腿膝盖会疼一下,然后就没事了。去看过医生,什么都
没看出来,上次说的脚腕的问题照了x光,啥事儿没有。医生说有的人就是这么张的,软
骨容易摩擦 -.-|||
饮食上还是正常吃,反正本来也吃不多,减了米饭改成硬邦邦的糙米和couscous. 练得
时候喝gatorade,练完后有时候喝whey,这周开始吃鱼油和joint supplement.
我这种情况有必要休息一阵子么?我想的是先游泳一

New Year's Resolution进行了差不多有半年了,今天又去测试了一次。
Weight: 127.2 lbs ==> 125.8 lbs
Body Fat: 24.4 ==> 22.7
BMI: 20.53 ==> 20.93
Waist-Hip Ratio: 0.81 ==>0.69
Push Ups (modified) 25 ==>37 /min
Sit Ups 50 ==> 50 /min
Sit-Reach Hip Flexion: 22 ==>22 inch
没有特别调整饮食,只是减少了米饭的摄入。没有怎么练瑜伽了,所以柔韧性没有增加
。肩,胳膊和腰都小了一圈,但是大腿变粗了一点。接下来要做更多abs workout,上
半年光注重四肢的力量训练了。希望体脂能再降一点。

it's solid skid turn. You should keep your back hand over your tail and 保持上身现对静止 except at very high speed, rough ground...,alway use you lower body (ankle, knees, hips) to initiate and finish turn.
I am new too, but some advices you should keep in mind: 1) not use your back
foot as rudder 2)relax. use extension and flexion during the turn 3)change
your edge when it across under your body.

"进弯之前要开始lower your body" -> get ready for unweighting.
"其实就是使劲儿压前腿 ..." -> NO. It's actually the flexion that involves
some joints.

今天稍微体会到一点就是:上升时flexion下降时extension的重要性,因为你不可能总
是在沿着谷底滑。但是这对膝盖的要求太高了。而且还远不能够想你灵活自如转弯的地

1. He is spraying snow directly down the hill. His edging is only for
lateral push off in the middle or after fallline.
2. He lifts his inside ski to release showing that his foot-to-foot pressure
management needs to improve.

Thanks for your detailed comments. I have a few questions on your comments
though.

Given the soft, slushy snow of the day, what would be the direction of the
spraying snow if skied properly?

无论是靠up-unweighting (身体向上)还是down-unweighting(腿的 extension和
flexion),我认为都是正确动作,没有谁更高级。一般down-unwighting更灵活,适合
快速换刃的小回转。
像黑钻说的,换刃有些早。改进方法就是,当你觉得要换刃时再等半秒钟,让板和fall
line的角度更大一些。

牛人transit turn的时候上身起来是不是太明显了。

Yes, this guy is a very good PMTS skier. PMTS uses leg flexion to release so
there is no up movement during turn transition. One of the best things
about PMTS skiing is that the movement is the same regardless of the terrain
, groomed, bumps or powder. When one builds solid movement on groomed, he
can ski bumps (in the style shown in this video) easily without having to
acquire extra techniques. The all important A/E in bump skiing is already
used in skiing on groomed.

well, the medical science is in general in a very immature stage
so i cannot tell why my case does not run well. in fact, nobody
can predict the recovery. My muscle is good, flexion and extension
are great at day 1 of physical therapy... however, the knee keeps
bring me pain if i run... i just don't know why... neither does my
surgeon know...
to do or not to do the surgery all depends on your knee joint condition.

恩,你的冰袋和我的是一样的
训练倒是真不着急,可以在第一次测完flexion以后做
起码等伤口皮层长好吧,不然不利于伤口恢复。也不用多久,
一周就足够了。6-9个月以后就全部组织都长回去了。
不过能不能继续踢球,真的要看运气,祝你好运!:)
