这周5要跟头儿做一个90-day evaluation，头儿说让我想想自己的career goals，短期
，中期，长期等等，到时候跟他谈。这个，总不能拿当初面试那套假大空再来一次吧，
毕竟大大小小，上手了12个项目了。
问题是，我就想干2-3年技术，熟悉下business，然后转management consulting类的。
可是，貌似也不能直说。问题是，我还真想让公司给些management方面的机会，现在合
适提吗？还是只说技术比较踏实些？ |

跟supervisor说，我现在也说不好自己的目标，暂时两个方向吧：
1．发展成为某一技术领域expert
2．做公司Asian water marketing
至于犹豫于两个方向的原因，是我还没想好，到底掌握一个特殊的技术更重要，还是把
技术推广出去更重要。不过我的最终目的，是想为Asian,尤其中国的环境做些事情。。。
说完，supervisor看着我一愣，说，

with my life yet…
汗。。可俺说的是实话，每次看到美国媒体很serious的说中国环境问题将会成为世界
的定时炸弹，除了一声叹息，更想做些什么，只是迷茫于不知如何下手 |

Research associate position in synthetic organic chemistry in a
pharmaceutical company
其中的pharmaceutical company可以换成具体的公司名字吗？
这样做是不是有点傻？主要是有些company我也不知道该叫什么company/institute.
我一般是给pharma就说pharmaceutical company，给biotech就说biotech company,给
CRO怎么说呢？Chemical company? 如果不是CRO,是一些叫institute的地方呢?
Chemical institute?
有点弱智的问题,希望大家不要笑我...

multiple position的情况下，别人怎么知道你申请哪个职位。而且，放在网上的简历，
可以把很多关键词放在perspective里面，比较容易被猎头搜到。 |

，就别告诉别人，因为一说，在别人的祝福/羡慕/赞许之下，自己就会飘飘然，做事的
动力反而减少了。有人还验证了这个，两组人，同样的目标，一组告诉别人，一组沉默
，沉默的那组成了辛勤小蜜蜂，高调的那组自我感觉良好但早退。
这个对我还真适用，我有一阵子到处叫嚣着要跑步，周围的人都以为我有多牛，最后我
也没跑过多少4迈以上距离，更没坚持多久。倒是一些因为起点太菜而不好意思说的目
标，一直有进步。
其实也不意外，就是这么个借言论来长自信的过程：告诉别人自己如何如何->别人说我
如何如何->真以为自己如何如何。

且都是学术圈的，已有reference一堆，其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。
