主要就是中国人对美国社会的潜规则，远远没有印度人拿捏得好。这个是老中职业移民

普通酸奶strain一下，就是greek yogurt了，才知道。。。汗一个，不容易买到希腊酸
奶的地区，很多人是自己strain 普通酸奶的。。。
滤掉的是liquid whey，所以。。。
希腊酸奶的蛋白质含量要比普通酸奶高很多，但是碳水，钠还有钙比普通酸奶要少（跟
着liquid whey一起滤掉了）尤其是钙，大概只有普通酸奶的三分之一
大家可以根据自己的需要选择吃哪种酸奶。。。
另外，greek yogurt可以代替cream cheese做cheese cake（这个我一直想试验来着的
，等机会。。。）也可以代替sour cream，好像是现在比较流行的一个趋势（原因是显
而易见的）前几天在图书馆翻到一本日本的烘焙书，里面把greek yogurt包上paper
towel，用重物压过再挤掉一些水分之后用来替代黄油~~叹为观止啊~~~~~ |

我朋友以及当年度一起回国的一批小海归，鼓励他们爱校、爱党、爱国，为祖国建设添
砖加瓦。。。因为这个学校也是自己的母校，对那些人还是比较熟的，知道这些人，如
果年纪大点的，孩子都在国外读书或工作，年纪轻的，也都在打听将来孩子留学的途径
。。。

Just because attacking the nation that is critical to making sure your
bailout package is instituted is always a good idea (together with the US
and the IMF of course), the Greek Prime Minister has accused Germans of
being "prejudiced and racist" in their treatment of Greeks. Apparently
demanding fiscal prudence (or lamenting the lack thereof) is now equivalent

from Americans and the western media. Admit it, the Chinese culture is
known for food, customs (some disturbing) and test-taking. But Chinese

the euro reached an agreement early Tuesday to hand Greece euro130 billion (
$170 billion) in additional bailout loans to save it from a potentially
