能google一下？柱式，也就是所谓classic order,一共5种，来自希腊的Doric, Ionic
和稍后的Corinthian，加上罗马人把Doric order简化后的Tuscan order和比
Corinthian装饰还多的Composite order。Greek orders都是起源于希腊的，这就是为
什么叫Greek orders的原因。这三种柱子的名字的来源你是不是clueless啊？不然也说
不出这种话来。 BTW,这可不是是个柱子就行的，三种Greek orders在建筑学里面都有
明确定义的。古希腊之前不是没有柱子这种建筑结构，但是具体到Greek orders,你给

超市买的到的。最大众的牌子是Chobani,俺原来问过一个爱喝Greek style的老美，她
也是推荐的这个。其次，俺还试了Oikos和Fage,也是超市大路货。怎么说呢，味道确实
有别于一般美国酸奶，但也就仅此而已。
为什么会这样呢？因为尼玛这些都是non-fat,最多2% fat的。俺一向认为，只要是non
fat或者low fat,你就是做出花来也不可能有国内那种味道！
于是，俺又在超市的小角落里找到了一个叫Olympus的牌子。为神马它在角落里，因为
它没写自己是low fat!味道明显好一个档次啊。
最后，昨儿在Trader Joe's发现了它家自己的叫Greek Honey Yogurt，也是相当的不错。
总之，真要喝出国内的味道，确实得Greek Style的，其次得是全脂，至少>2%吧。俺是
不觉得北京那种瓷罐酸奶能是non fat的？ |

１）高温消毒－９０度，去掉油脂
２）降温至４５度，加入买来的greek yogurt
3)保持４５度，安静放５个小时－９个小时
出来的就是greek plain yogurt
