$6. I assumed it was just the single serve size but there were sale tags on
all the 32oz varieties as well. They had plain fat-free, plain 2%, Vanilla,
and strawberry. I took them up to the register and they scanned at $1.20
each. These are regularly $5.99, $1.20 is a good price for the singles!

从胸口顶到嗓子眼,再冲到太阳穴,头发晕发涨. 我打电话给大夫,每次他都叫我去急诊,
第二次电话后我就去了,结果也没查出啥来. 我没觉得饿,但也会是血糖太低引起的吗?
急诊时查的血象里的糖是正常的. 还有我近来睡觉也不好,睡四,五个小时就醒.

一、注意“长老”不是“老年人”可能是年轻人或中年人。请长老抹油祷告是很正常的
，任何相信圣经的教会都会有人相信并实践的。
二、我不清楚怎样解释‘“圣经”“新约”明确要求女人在教会要“闭口不言”’。
我不知道这个教导是不是绝对的，或“明确”。
例如，哥林多前书十一章，
4 凡男人祷告或是讲道（讲道或作说预言下同），若蒙着头，就羞辱自己的头。 5 凡
女人祷告或是讲道，若不蒙着头，就羞辱自己的头。因为这就如同剃了头发一样。 6
女人若不蒙着头，就该剪了头发。女人若以剪发剃发为羞愧，就该蒙着头。
这些经文意为，女人可以讲道（先知预言）只有蒙头（要不就剪头发）就可以了。与哥

MM都是我喜欢的，所以最近常来看看这里。
现在怎么下决心了？一个是想健康，不得不改改饮食习惯。我发现，越吃糖和淀粉，越
容易很快就饿，还饿得发慌发虚。不吃那些，反不那么容易饿。我怕我这么吃下去，很
快就糖尿病了（没准已经得了）,心脏病也不远了。
二是外型。 我一直觉得胖点无所谓，反正LG不说嫌。但到了这个岁数，真是逆水行舟
，我想维持现状都不行，比起４年前，长了３０磅。怀孕都没出妊娠纹，现在倒有了。
收腰的连衣裙，常常大号的都穿不进去。
契机是刚订了８月底度假的票，想想会拍照，还会见多年不见的朋友，就决心减了。其
实也就是想现在开始减，也许近三个月能看出点效果。不然，我去年回国，见得人更多
，怎么也没为了面子去减。

花癣、过敏性鼻炎、结膜炎等过敏性疾病的多发季节，因此应多加注意春季过敏症的问
题。
荨麻疹 在人体四肢或躯干皮肤表面突然出现浅红色风团，有瘙痒或烧灼感，时起时消
，消退后不留痕迹。这主要是由于人们接触了某些致敏物质造成的，天气冷热突变也是
致敏因素。
桃花癣 进入春季，人体对紫外线的敏感性也会增高，皮肤的表皮细胞比冬天更易
受到紫外线的射伤，发生变性、分解，使皮肤毛细血管扩张充血，出现红斑、丘疹，发
生过敏，这就是民间所称的“桃花癣”。
过敏性鼻炎 有人一到春天，就觉得鼻中发痒，喷嚏不断，这是由于百花盛开后散
播在空气中的花粉刺激所致。
过敏性结膜炎 流泪、灼热感、分泌物多，起病迅速，接触致敏原即可发生，脱离
致敏原症状缓解。应尽量避免与可能的过敏原接触，例如注意床褥卫生、避免接触花粉
、保持室内空气流通等。
防过敏应该从注意生活起居、调理饮食和适当锻炼做起。饮食上以高热量为主，

昨天本博转发了国外洋葱讽刺网的一篇文章，揭露西方统治势力曾经指使学者伪造希腊
历史，为希腊民主制度整容。
这里介绍一下一下何新对此问题的看法。老何说：
这篇文章揭露的根本不够。西方近代资本主义文明的根，本来就不是希腊的宗教文化而
是犹太的宗教和金钱崇拜文化。这方面可以看两个犹太学者韦伯（论证过新教的希伯来
渊源）与波普（曾经大骂希腊文明）的书。中国自由主义很膜拜这两个犹太自由主义学
者，但是看来对他们的书没有认真地读。
原生希腊人是黑头发黑眼睛的人种，与古埃及人（黄种人）接近。而与北欧那种黄头发
、蓝眼睛、满身长毛的哥特——日耳曼——盎格鲁撒克逊人根本不搭界。
事实上，古希腊人与古代罗马人都认为北欧、西欧那些白色人是没有进入文明的野蛮人
——蛮族。而就是这些希腊罗马人眼中的“蛮族”，在种族上才是现代西方多数欧美人
的祖宗。
老何说，希腊有很多城邦，多数不实行城邦“民主”制度。
雅典的城邦民主是保留氏族血缘社会时代氏族民主的残余——不是什么先进制度。中国
先夏时代——尧舜禹传说时代也是实施这种氏族民主——“选贤与能”。这方面可以看
