主要就是中国人对美国社会的潜规则，远远没有印度人拿捏得好。这个是老中职业移民
需要大力提高的地方
具体到这个案子上，如果有印度人干出这种蠢事，其他印度人一定会展开危机公关，至
少也要和他切割，维护整体族群的声誉，而不是和脑残老中媒体一样，恨不得闹得越大
越好

而且她的运动量是真大啊, 我现在还不行.
推荐这个all natural greek yogurt (CHOBANI牌子)WHOLE FOOD 卖, 比trader joe's
等卖的greek yogurt nutrition facts好很多. 当然啦, 小贵(170克一盒要1.69刀).

vinegar，甚至不用dressing，但是有人喜欢creamy salad dressing，怎么办呢？
不妨自己用Greek yogurt做dressing，如果还嫌不够creamy，再加点打碎的avocado 进
去。调味就看自己了，我一般会放点盐 胡椒 和新鲜香料进去（basil, cilantro都很
合适），还可以放点辣酱（比如印度菜常用的green chili sauce，或者墨西哥菜常用
的red chili sauce）。一小盒Fage Greek yogurt调好以后，可以吃3-4次。
比如这个，就是用Fage total 0% Greek yogurt, avocado, green chili sauce,
chopped green olive调成的沙拉酱。

早饭：
1. oatmeal 1/2 cup水煮，3片ham/turkey breast/1 egg+1 egg white(大概100卡），
一把frozen berries，几颗杏仁
2. Low carb tortilla 包鸡蛋番茄生菜 + greek yogurt
3. Greek yogurt + berries + 杏仁 + ham/turkey breask
没饱就啃两根小胡萝卜或者生菜叶子
AM snack：水果一个
中午：4-6oz 鸡胸/牛肉/鱼/虾，或者半块豆腐（不记得多重了，就买的那种半块，大
概180卡？），一根玉米/半个红薯/low carb tortilla, 清炒或者水煮各种蔬菜，没算
多少，吃饱算完……
PM snack：greek yogurt/2% cottage cheese/string cheese,几颗草莓/樱桃, 几颗杏仁
下班去锻炼。
晚饭和中午基本一样。

Nevertheless, there is a Greek word for "first created" and it was in use at
the time of Paul's writing to the Colossians. He did not use it here. The
Greek for "firstborn" is proto with tikto which would give us "firstborn"
and that is what we find here in Colossians 1:15. The Greek for "first
created" would be proto with ktizo and it is not used here.

所谓异文，在汉语大辞典中解释为：“凡同一书的不同版本，或不同的书记载同一
事物而字句互异，包括通假字和异体字，都称异文。”这一解释亦可部分的使用在圣经
经文上。圣经在抄写的过程中，必然会存在漏写、多写等风险，这些差异就导致了异文
的出现。不过，异文本身并不动摇圣经无误的教义。
本文所要讨论的是《马可福音》结尾处的异文（可16：9－20），这段异文的长度
之长，冠所有新约异文之首：共12节，按原文计算共有171个字，按中文和合本计算共
有315字。我们将在下面讨论该段异文在华人教会中的使用情况、不同古抄本和不同中
文译本所呈现的不同的状况，以及对这段经文的简单评估。
