titer test，医生说唯一生完孩子后需要补的疫苗是hepatitis B。
版上很多人说只有四种疫苗是必须打的，Hepatitis B应该不是必须要打的吧？我是不
是碰到了个傻逼体检医生？哪里有规定我可以给他看Hepatitis B不是一定要打的？还
是移民局不会因此RFE我？
我生完孩子后，要主动的补这个疫苗然后主动的给移民局补这个疫苗报告吗？还是不允
许主动补材料，如果没有收到RFE通知的话？

发帖数: 28562 | 10 Merck公司推出的新药Boceprevir对丙型肝炎Hepatitis C病毒有很好的抑制效果。
这个药最早是由 Schering-Plough开发的，这个公司在２００９年被 Merck 买下.
Boceprevir 属于蛋白酶抑制剂，特异性的抑制hepatitis C virus 的一个蛋白酶NS3
protease ，而导致病毒蛋白不能被完全处理而无法组装和成熟.
由于丙种肝炎病毒的寄主特异性和在体内的感染过程的特殊性。该病毒目前没有有效的
体外细胞培养系统，也缺乏可以大规模筛选的动物模型，所以无法采用小分子筛选方式
。该药的开发几乎是纯粹由蛋白结构研究和binding prediction 推导开的，在对NS3
protease进行结晶之后，研究组在一些已知信息的基础上，对蛋白酶的活性基团serine 的侧链进行了抑制物设计
。在得出了最初的蛋白多肽lead 之后进行了进一步的优化，
最终得出了一个最有效的分子结构。

发帖数: 287 | 13 咨询一下是否疫苗Adacel就包含了Tetanus Diphtheria, 今天下午去私人诊所打疫苗，
医生推荐了要打关于Tetanus/diphtherial/acellular pertusssis or Tetanus/
diphtheria. 我就说好吧，就打了。
然后回家后细看，原来有Adacel(T/d & Pertussis, $85) 和 Tetanus Diphtheria ($
65)两种，医生没有给我细说这两者区别，就给我打了Adacel。我在想，难道这个比
tetanus diphtheria好一点？而且有点小小不舒服的是，感觉医生就挑贵的打。所以上
来问问。
上个周五去其他诊所打流感针，然后那里的医生说，要帮我查一下血，才知道是否我有
hepatitis A 和B的抗体，然后今天下午打电话去问，说我有抗体了。但是我不记得半
年前还是两年前，几年前是否自己有打过这方面的针呀，若没有打过这些针，我怎么会有抗体亚。打了hepatitis A 和B的疫苗，能保持多久时间？
查了网上资料也不太懂，所以上来问一下。谢谢了 |

我查了一下精华区，Hepatitis B疫苗除了出生时候的那一针以外，1-2个月里还要打两
针，
然后2个月的时候还有好几针别的疫苗要打，那到宝宝第二个月的时候，扎针会不会太
频繁？
我听朋友说她家宝宝是满月的时候扎了一针，我家的没有安排，要不要跟儿医说说呢？
不知道大家的宝宝都是怎么安排打Hepatitis B的？谢谢！ |

怕，这是个急性病，治疗后能痊愈，也没有后遗症，也不传染。但是得病期间传染性很
强。你要是确定了的话，应该和别人隔离一下碗筷毛巾什么的，最重要要去看医生。
甲肝的症状好像是吃了油腻的东西会吐。 |

有发病，
请问感染可能性大么？

有乙肝史，五年前打过疫苗，孕期应该是做过乙肝测试的，医生没有说啥问题，也没有
母婴隔断，宝宝的第一针乙肝疫苗是七天时打的。
我找了找以前的纪录，两年前血检HbsAg negative, HbsAb 22.9(positive).

at Costco markets. It is also sold at Harris Teeter stores, but no cases

contraindication项。然后results选了applicant may be eligible for blanket
waivers as indicated above. Remarks注明了我怀孕第九个月，生完孩子会打Hep B。
然后我看了我先生的报告的results勾的是vaccine history complete for each
vaccine, all requirement met.
哪位有经验的前辈知道blanket waivers是啥意思，我这样是不是会被RFE要求补材料？ |

疗，肝功能正常的话，应该服用TB药物没有问题，但要定期检查肝功。hep B现在有些
新药，但也没特别有效的，而且副作用也大，还造成病毒变异啥的。稳定的话一般也不
治。小孩子要打疫苗。 |
