今天收到485 的REF，IO 要求补充两个材料。第一个是皮试的结果。我当时找的中国
医生，告诉了她以前的皮试是阳性的。她就没有做皮试，直接上了X-RAY. 结果，IO
要求补做皮试。第二个REF 是关于疫苗。医生只看了我出国时和在美读书时打的疫苗
，就觉得够了。结果，IO 要求补打VARICELLA 的疫苗。我对这个有疑惑。我打过了
TD （3针）, MMR（2针）,Hepatitis B。
我想问一下大家都打了什么疫苗？大家（特别请laoda555）补充一下，我就一次去打完了。这也算是为后
来的朋友做了LIST. IO要求30天内补材料，大家帮帮，快给弄个LIST.

的单子。上面只要求检查

可刚在USCIS 的网上查到Vaccination Requirments. 说是必须有以下的疫苗：
Mumps
Measles
Rubella
Polio
Tetanus and Diphtheria Toxoids
Pertussis
Haemophilus influenzae type B
Hepatitis B
我想问问是不是所有这些疫苗都必须要打的，或者是证明曾经打过。
比如我没打过HEPATITIS B, 是不是必须要打？ Hepatitis B 的疫苗是要打三针，每一
针之间要间隔一段时间，最长要四，五个月。如果这个疫苗没打完是不是就还不能找
医生填写I-693.也就是还不能递交485。

问了好几个移民医生，都说必须要打hepatitis B的疫苗，如果是乙肝携带者，要打
hepatitis A的疫苗，而且会把是乙肝携带者这件事写到I-693的附件里面。
我看了板上好多人都说hepatitis B的疫苗不是必须打，但是我问的医生都说是必须的。
请问乙肝携带者这个事实会导致485被拒吗？

主要想自己事先都搞定，不想去移民医生那里被斩。我看了693表和其他网友发的贴，
还是有点不解。
测试要做TB（肺结核，大陆来的基本上都是positive，所以还要搞个x-ray），还要做
Syphilis(梅毒，这个99.999%的EB23C都应该不会有）
*第一个问题：这个梅毒测试是不是每个移民医生都会让做？
接下来是预防针。种类太多了：DT, Td, OPV, MMR, Hib, Hepatitis B, Varicella,
Pneumococcal, Influenza, Rotavirus, Hepatitis A, Meningococcal.
网友总结说Td(破伤风）和Varicella（水痘）一定要打。
*第二问题:那个Hepatitis A/B(甲乙肝）到底要不要打？还是每个移民医生规定不一样
？那其他的针呢？
*第三个问题：是不是测出抗体，就不用打了？
*第四个问题：Flu shot有人说打，有人说不用打。

Hep B surface AG, EIA: negative
Hepatitis B Surface Immunity: Positive
Hepatitis A Immunity: Reactive(A) (字体用灰色阴影盖着),而在Reference Range又
说Non Reactive.
这是一年半前的体检结果，还有许多别的项目，结论说all your tests are normal，
所以我就不管了。但今年忽然想起这个检查。上述结果表示有病毒吗？听说国内查五项
，为什么这个只有四项？今年是否最好再查一遍？

该说的我对obamaasia已经说完了，现在他终于承认自己也是一个医生了，我想他
基本的科学素养还是有的，孰是孰非，自己绝对是可以判断的了。当然，嘴上承不

顺着你的话和你聊几句吧:-)不得不承认，法考题的生物学背景和医学素养确实值
得称道，某些临床医生都会犯的错误也被你看出来了，呵呵
其实无论从生物学还是医学角度来说，严格判断一个人是否是携带者或者是既往感
染已恢复，都不是也不该是一个简单的指标，尤其从临床的角度来说，很多时候情
况相对复杂，不像动物模型那么整齐划一。下面摘抄一段我们这里Diagnostics的
guideline：

对免疫不是特别清楚，不知道你是不是过高评估了CTL细胞免疫对于清除HBV的作用
“CTL可以在DNA数量低于10的7次方产生”（ref见下）

今天得知了step3的成绩，210+，心里的石头终于落下。终于轮到我给USMLE说再见了。
回顾从step1自己闭门造车考了只带一个9的分数， step2开始参加小组学习，做了所有
能做的题只为拿个99，虽胸有成竹且考试感觉很好，最终但又得到一个9的分数。虽然
这次成绩不高，依然很高兴，毕竟不用发愁如果没过的话住院医开始后没有时间复习该
咋办。过去的3年中得到太多人的帮助 (此处略去人名20个)，绝大多数甚至从未谋面。
今天发贴也是为了回报我们这个社区吧。
自我介绍：毕业>15年，220+/220+/1st/210+；
复习时间：6月，头4个月每天约2-3小时，周末由于陪孩子们玩（前两年欠的太多，你
懂得）及做点家务（再不做但心被老婆炒掉），反而复习不了多少；最后2个月每天4小
时，鼓励自己考了这个2年内再不用受这个罪。

我是08年10月底开始申请加州考试的，今年1月底通过审核。中间因为找学校教务处盖
章很麻烦，耽误了2个多月，材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把
我当时准备的情况跟大家说一下也许对将要申请的人有一点帮助。
我个人从这里寄出去的材料包括：
1.国内护士执照的公正，在这里网上找的公证处，在纽约，叫最佳公正，电话
7183212810
2.指纹卡，就在我住的地方的警察局办的，free
3.handbook上的申请表，贴一张照片在右下角（handbook链接：http://www.rn.ca.gov/pdfs/applicants/exam-app.pdf）
这一页有一项是填社会安全号，我当时没有就空着的，没有关系。
4.两张支票，一张办指纹的($51)，一张申请的($75)
5.写了一封信，表示感谢，一张纸，很客气的几句话
从学校寄出的材料：
1.中英文成绩单（学校有，我来之前到学校教务处办好的）
2.学位证书和毕业证书中英文版（来之前自己办好到学校教务处办好的，盖好了章）
3.课程描述9门（内外妇儿、精神科护理、生理、解剖、免疫、微生物，好像是这些，
