I have no idea on your question. However, I have heard a story from my
friend who focus on HBV study. They found a population resistant to HBV
hepatitis, because their hepatic cell fail to present the HBV antigen. This
case is similar to the NBME question you mentioned. Hope it is helpful for
you to understand that question. |

一个Lovenox order for a hx of HIT patient 的electronic order被我点到
电脑上红艳艳的red flag呀～看得我心跳，更心虚
悄悄的退出，让其他人 process这个棘手的order 吧。。。
这样的念头闪过3秒，但还是坚定：不能退缩，不能依赖！
下定了决心后，便跟旁边的resident和一起工作的preceptors们说，这个order是我的
了，放一边我来处理
首先page prescriber，回电话的是个medical resident
跟她对话颇不顺利，首先跟我说病人是PE, 然后说已经跟icu 的 attending说过这事，
他们都知道病人有hx of HIT，但还是决定用lovenox。最后说她也不容易，resident得
听attending的呀。我还没开口呢，她就硬的软的全都上来了～晕呀！但HIT是严重反应

hepatitis. 一个健康的年轻人得hsv hepatitis 的可能性是很低的。抗体是B细胞生产
的，并不是前面有人说的有肝脏合成的（那人要是医生，请改一下这种信口开河的坏习
惯，要不明确，google一下很容易的）。肝问题和感染都不能解释抗体低下。实际上上

give you is likely cranial caudal, without 3 measurement can't say much
about it.
Increased heterogeneity most commonly suggest fatty infiltration of your
liver, a chronic change in liver with increased fat content, sometimes
related to diet, alcohol intake, cholesterol, etc etc, technical term
hepatic steatosis /steatosis hepatitis. see GI if pcp can't counsel you on
this. |

DOWNEY – Students entering 6th-11th grades for the 2011-12 school year are
required to have a current Tdap immunization on record, according to new
requirements announced by the Downey Unified School District on Monday.
The Tdap vaccine guards against tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis, commonly
known as whooping cough.
Free vaccinations will be administered to children ages 4-18 on Dec. 8 from

从平常人家的孩子到在科学领域取得一系列世界尖端科研成果的女博士后，邓岚倩是怎
样一步步走向成功的？在她的生活中又有着怎样的故事呢？最近，记者专程采访了邓岚
倩。
1 十五岁考上“复旦”
邓岚倩出生在一个知识分子家庭。父亲邓安定是湖南省 耒 阳 市三都乡人，1964年毕
业于西北工业大学，后在西安市航天工业部工作。母亲周玉明1963年从西北大学毕业后
，被分配到航天工业部一职工大学教书。邓岚倩在家排行老大，下面还有两个弟弟。
1984年，因父亲的工作调动，邓岚倩全家迁到衡阳市。
邓岚倩小时候聪明好学，记忆力特别强，好奇心也重，凡事都要弄个明白。3岁的时候
，看到别人织毛袜，她便偷偷跟着学，没几天便织出了两只漂亮的毛线袜子。还有一次
，父亲带着她到北京转了一大圈，回来后她竟还能准确地说出公共汽车行车路线、停靠
站和风景点的名称。
