对于普通流感来说，CDC 一般是给三个数字，deaths，hospitalizations，illnesses

我猜之前的1，632，258应该是hopitalizations，而之后的762，630，000应该是估算
的illnesses
那么死亡率的分母就有两个可选，是hospitalizations还是illnesses
之前和之后算的都没错，但一个是住院死亡率，一个是更广义的死亡率
那张表上SARS应该是住院死亡率吧
而H1N1两次，第一次用了住院死亡率，第二次用了广义死亡率
所以更公平应该是用第一个。唯一问题是第一个表deaths是估算的
第二个表就有点扯淡了，你估算全球7 亿人得H1N1太没谱了，可信度更低 |
