有人说轰七八拢加起来，大致等于房子一年的property tax。不知道准不准。
（１）律师费
（２）银行贷款origination fee（也就一千以下）
（３）title company 的费用（这到底要多少钱真不明白）
（４）房屋保险（反正要出）
（５）纽约还有银行律师费
（６）有的银行要求一个月到三个月的payment放在独立帐户里
（７）有的银行要求三个月到半年的property tax放在独立帐户里
麻烦指点！一百万的房子多少万能够把closing fee搞定？我没有一百万，只是打个比
方。

I really like its night light function. It gives just enough light to see
your path.
My opener is an old Chamberlain (chain). very noisy and has a 1/2 HP motor.
I plan to insulate garage door so I am afraid it'll not be power enough to
lift the door.
