就拿那几块地距离各个城市中心区的开车距离，其实都是差不多的，所以比较还是比较
公平的。比如说，从香港屯门开车到中环，大概30分钟（而且香港是严控私家车，私家
车总共只有50万辆左右，相比深圳北京上海的数百万辆私家车，香港的上班高峰期其实
开车并不堵），坐地铁就更快了（香港有世界第一高效的地铁系统，没有之一，香港地
铁，在上班高峰期的上午8，9点，人和人之间站着都是有点空间的，不会像北京那样挤
成面粉
）。比如说，从深圳龙华区开车去前海的商务区或者福田CBD上班，单程估计要一小时
，比香港从屯门开车去中环，要累得多。如果是北京延庆开车去市中心上班，估计单程
一个小时都远远不够。
而且，香港在屯门元郎新界这些地方，都还有不少洋房house可以买(比如元郎的La
Mansion，两百平米建筑面积的4房独立屋house，只要1500万港元，村屋就更便宜了，
只要三四百万港元)，四房两厅不到200万美元（当然，如果是在港岛的house，肯定要
