另外供水，取暖，电，网的成本肯定要比公寓高。 防盗也不行。 你说house有独立感

据道琼斯旗下高端地产媒体“寰域居”(Mansion Global)25日报导，自23日开始，中国
社交媒体流传有关汇丰银行(HSBC)停止向部分持短期访问(B类)签证来美，且收入和资
产来自中国的中国公民办理在美住房贷款。据报导，汇丰银行相关官员以及部分业内人
士，证实此一说法。
在加州的中国公民孙太太日前持B类旅游签证入境美国，她因为孩子在这边上学想买一
处住宅，计画一半自付、一半贷款，但是她24日上午去南加的汇丰银行询问贷款时，对
方却告知，现在银行不做持B类旅游签证外国人的贷款业务。
地产经纪杨小姐对本报说，她的客人最近也有类似遭遇，主要是因为中国国家政策调整
，让这边的银行担心中国游客在大陆的钱出不来，无法还款。以前有些银行给中国人做
