有两个月到期。现在转租，租赁方式是直接和leasing office 签合同， 如果在6月10
号之前搬入，本人付$1000 bonus（可协商）。
本人在这里住了快一年，对小区的管理，维修，安全等都很满意。小区里面有游泳馆和
健身馆，周围有rivermark, oracle。
