screen size, native PDF support, and I was accustomed to the Kindle user
interface with my Kindle 1st generation. Plus the KDX is already available

example for original contribution, you should clearly state your work is
first time report.....some top scientists....cited your works....also
introduce your each works, if you think it is novel and important.
about media reports, you also state why the media reports your works, the
media has very huge impacts....only report novel and original....it is top
20 or 100 in the world.
whatever, if necessary, send me the rfe and PL, possible I can revise for
you.

移民局说发文章必须有研究界对他的文章的反响，AAO认为规定里没有这一条，只要发
了文章就可以。移民局错了。
Kazarian’s articles did not meet the regulatory definition of evidence,
because “publication of scholarly articles is not automatically evidence of
sustained acclaim” and “we must consider the research community’s
reaction to these articles.

下面是一封申请EB2 NIW I-140的petition letter的范例。这是多年前公开发表在
MITBBS“落地生根”版上的一个帖子。现在重贴于此，供大家参考。
个人点评：EB2 NIW的申请是技术活，满足NIW的三个方面都必须论证到位，否则就通过
不了；而且论证过程中，有些关键词必须出现在移民官的视野里。这封petition
letter基本上达到了这几方面的要求。更难能可贵的是，这封petition letter的后面
，还列出了所有的exhibit，值得参考。

2011年10月时被堪称杀手的XM100号RFE了。查阅版上历史，既有disaimisong和
chestnut RFE对决#100失败的例子，也有faithlove的成功例子，但是置顶IO名单里100
号好像还是据的case多，批的少。0100: RFE (10), Denial (7+1*), Approval (5),

最重要的是要仔细阅读RFE letter，不管它是不是模板，一定要仔细读，然后有针对
性地应付。

被两篇review大段引用，几次被verticalnews或者newsrx报道，不过pl中只提了其中两
次VerticalNews，一篇hottest 25和一篇cover paper都没提。
