这是一些犹太商人，通过将钱或实物租借给欧洲各级皇室贵族并收取利息，以此换取政
治特权和地位，从而成犹太人中的特权阶级，故被称作宫廷犹太人。他们在欧洲封建政
权体系中可以作为资助者、供应商和使者提供服务，成为封建统治者在经济领域的重要
助手。他们经济活动的主要方式则是通过向封建政权放贷，从中收取利息，并以此进一
步获得了铸造货币和收缴税款的权利。因为这些服务，这些犹太人会被授予一些特殊的
待遇，例如可以居住在城市中专属的犹太社区之外，不必佩戴辨识犹太人身份的徽章，
不受犹太拉比的管辖等，甚至一些还会被授予贵族爵位，担任政府公职。但是由于犹太
人在欧洲地位的低下，宫廷犹太人的地位也存在风险，特别是当其辅佐的贵族死去时自
己也将失去被保护的地位，甚至会被放逐或处死。
宫廷犹太人在中世纪欧洲的封建政权内扮演着重要角色，几乎所有欧洲宫廷都有若

有一种流行的误解——这种误解很可能来自共济会和犹太人的有意散布——使得许多中
国人以为马克思是犹太人，其实这是中国人对犹太属性的无知之谈。
犹太不是一个纯一的血缘种族，而是指一种社会身份和一种宗教信仰。信仰就是犹太教
，社会身份就是主要从事高利贷活动的犹太银行家。在血缘上，犹太人以母系而非父系
作为认同的标志。父亲是犹太人而母亲不是，那么这个子女即非犹太。但若父亲不是犹
太而妻子是犹太人，则子女也算犹太人。
马克思的父系有犹太血缘，但他的父亲亨利·马克思已经改宗信仰基督教，幼年马克思
接受了基督教洗礼，所以马克思不是犹太人。
相反，马克思与莎士比亚一样，蔑视和憎恨唯利是图的金融犹太人。

。烙印有几个PHD的？大多是３年的学位。好，EB1C就太容易了。
历史上，９０年代的时候，老中也ABUSE过！那时，纽约的唐人街上随便抓一个就是跨
国公司经理，都是通过华人贸易公司办的。后来移民局发现被耍了，严打，从此消失好
长时间。现在又来了，ICC成了主力。
法律有没有规定ICC里美国人的比率不得低于５０％？这种漏洞太大了。实际上就是，
美国公司可以通过ICC随便雇佣低价劳力，而且供应是无限量的。 这里相信很多人是
吃IT饭的，不堵上，你我的将来堪忧啊。ICC现在在IT界搞，以后任何行业均渗透，只
要有利润。ICC找来的好多并无突出技能，毫无经验只有３年大专学历的小孩，冒充５
年以上经验的到处都是。利益网里全是腐败。看INFOSYS的一雇员告了ICC，揭露太多内
幕。其实大型美国公司也通过L1在９０年代末从印度，中国大陆和新加坡直接把无美国
学位的，３－４年工作经验的冠以L1签证搬过来。这批人现在大多成了公民了，很多人

date for India is likely to continously move forward each month after March,
even though the movement can be somewhat limited. This prediction is

日前对职业移民排期的预测。以下是Mr. Oppenheim 对各类排期的预测：
1. 职业移民第一优先(EB-1)：
Mr.Oppenheim表示，职业移民的第一优先(EB-1)排期在2007财政年度（2007年9月30日
截止）都不会有变化，也就是说包括对来自中国和印度的移民申请人在未来几个月之内
都会保持在有名额的状况。
Mr.Oppenheim解释，说EB1能够继续保持有名额的状态是因为国会将第四(EB-4)及第五(
EB-5)优先未使用完的名额转给EB-1使用的结果，否则中国和印度EB-1的申请人会有要
等待排期的情况出现。另外，未使用完的EB-1名额会转给第二优先EB-2继续使用。虽然
这不能阻止来自中国和印度的EB2申请人等待排期的命运，但至少会推动排期的前进。

The Department of State (DOS) advised today that the EB2 India and China
category is likely to retrogress in the May or June 2012 Visa Bulletin.

job opportunity and I really wanted to get it. But I didn't want to start
over again with another round of PERM process.
So I reached out to both USCIS and Oppenheim. I proposed that there should
be 2 cut-off dates, one date for collecting I-485, the other for issuing

由于我最近坚持跟教练练习，正反手和form 都进步很大。正手常常打出优美的上旋，
直逼对方底线；单反则是潇洒一挥，正中甜点，速度也不错。以上是 rally 练习时的
我。
可是，比赛开始了，老练的对手（一位五十多的中老年人）用变换方向，节奏和调小球
来对付我，让我 rally 练习时的感觉完全发挥不出来。就因为 Footwork 不好，差半

最近在物理杂志发表的“杨振宁先生与复旦大学物理系教师的座谈”是以本人为作者的
文章。它基于杨先生与复旦大学物理系教师的对话。将它转变为一篇文章是一个创作过
程。每一个词、每一个标点都倾注了我们的心血。由于不必细说的种种方面，本文的成
文花费了我们大量的精力。本人学习研读过杨先生很多著作，与杨先生交往多年，也对
物理学史有所熟悉，但为在本文中保持和传达杨先生的风格仍然付出了大量心血。希望
本文能很好地表达杨先生的风格。

Einstein的一个答记者问，其中表达了他对不久前Princeton
高等研究院院长Oppenheimer接受美国联邦安全局审讯的态度，
（Oppenheimer的罪名是被怀疑是共产党，但真实的原因是
Oppenheimer反对发展核武器，思想左倾）
“你们问我，对于你们那些有关美国科学家处境的文章有什么
意见，我不想去分析这个问题，而只想用一句简短的话来表达

文章。它基于杨先生与复旦大学物理系教师的对话。将它转变为一篇文章是一个创作过

一个问题：一位武士上厕所时遭到袭击，他只有一根短棒，为了
挡住射击，短棒应旋转360度（支点可以变化），但厕所很小，
问短棒最少要扫过多大面积？
这个问题引起当时很多人的兴趣，如1925年Birkhoff在他
写的The origin, nature, and influence of relativity
一书中提到“近几年日本数学家挂谷宗一提出的问题，是同样令
人感兴趣的问题”
1928年，苏联数学家Besicovitch，Abram Samoilovitch
（1891-1970）解决了这个问题，答案是可以任意小，1960s
Besicovitch在美国数学会就挂谷问题专门做了期科普电影，
有意思的是中间他打了个喷嚏，Besicovitch觉得很不雅，
坚持要求在录像中把这个镜头剪掉，于是现在人们看到的是

“人事”杂志（Human Events）
美国“人事”杂志（Human Events）邀请了15位保守派学者和公共政策领袖组成一个评
委会，来评比19到20世纪世界“十本最有害的书”（Ten Most Harmful Books）。每个
评委可以推荐一定数量的候选书目，然后给全体评委推荐的所有候选书目打分：一本书
如果被一个评委列为第一名（最有害的书），得10分，第二名得9分，依此类推。实至
名归，马克思和恩格斯合著的“共产党宣言”得了最高分，成为上两个世纪“最有害的

美国时间8月22日，在芝加哥召开的AILA（全美移民律师协会）大会上，美国国务院
签证办公室主任Charles Oppenheim宣布2014年8月23日起，投资移民签证对于中国大陆
的申请人来说将会正式用尽。2014财年将不会再分配任何投资移民签证给中国大陆的申
请人，直到10月1日，即下一财年（2015财年），开始重新发放。
这是自1990年以来，EB-5计划创立以来，首次出现EB-5年度签证用完，出现排期，
对于还未递交申请的人来说无疑是敲响了警钟。
很值得庆幸的是，由于对于已经收到8月和9月，美国驻广州领事馆面试通知的申请
人，可以继续前往面试。加上美国2015财年新的一万张投资移民签证配额在今年10月就
将开启，所以实际上对于中国大陆的申请人来说暂时没有影响。

一个ABC女生，上学期注册了我三个学分的课程，我知道她是来混学分的，就把一个phd
工作中很少的一部分给她做了，开始几个星期还好，定期开会，汇报，也有点小进展，
我见能力还不错，就想让她多做点，一次开会我就表扬她说你做的不错，要继续努力，
争取把什么什么也做好了。但后来她的进展却不行了，加上年终假期多，她老是不见踪
影，开会也不来，有时候给个借口，有时候干脆借口也没有了。后来一次开会我就督促
她说你应该多花点时间才能通过这么课，也能学更多东西，对你有好处。谁知道她却说
，你的课是三个学分，我每周只花3个小时，强调 only three hours。我当时很不爽，
但忍住了，说ok，你就把你这部分做好就好了。
因为这是研究课，期末我就给了他一个P，但学校说他要毕业，只能是B以上，P不算学
分，于是我就改成B了。谁知道麻烦就此来了，这个ABC知道得了B之后就发信给我要求

t want to risky, and don't want to boring either, I just want a plan that
has potential to grow better in the long run. I guess a moderate plan is the
