有H3K56ac的enrichment，同时也是BrdU enrichment的地方
BrdU意味着active DNA replication？而H3k56ac也是replication和damage response
相关
所以读了一堆文献，感觉经常看到的就是MMS可以induce DSB所以就先用MMS来下手（说
错了请指正）。敢问内行们，如果你们看到BrdU和H3K56ac这样的marker，会接着怎么
做呢

我用不同浓度的MMS来treatment，发现是有很明显的qPCR的Ct值的变化的。我的PCR
amplicon才是400bp；而其实很多人担心break frequency太低所以都是做10kb的
amplicon的PCR来增大sensitivity

去找manager理论，她说试图联系我们却联系不上。我说我还没退钥匙而且刚付了一个
月房租，你怎么可以不通知我就去修，我还有东西没搬完，钱也不见了！她竟然说我撒
谎，说他们修之前take picture了，我立马让她拿出来，她拿不出来。搞到最后ld打电
话把警察叫来，她口气才软下来，丢的钱不多但我也没数因为都是零钱，大概几十刀吧
，她一听不多就说退deposit的时候一起退给我。
生了一肚子气，请教这里专家们，manager这样做我如果追究的话他得付什么样的责任

收到这个吗？另外，怎么确定如下的东西是好的，还是需要被Charge的？当我们搬进去

dirt bank at the right side (facing front) is eroding. Silt travel is
occurring and some form of ground cover or landscaping is needed. I
recommend a qualified contractor inspect and perform the necessary repair.
2，The control knob and tub faucets are loose in wall at the hall bath
upstairs. Repairs are needed. I recommend a licensed plumber inspect further
and repair as necessary.
