房间大概15平方米左右，木地板高顶房，朝阳光线好，屋内有一个大壁柜，有家具（床
，椅子，桌子）。
公用厨房，洗手间。整个公寓非常干净，绝对没有蟑螂老鼠。洗衣房在地下室，无需外
出，很方便。
房子位于130th Street 和 St. Nicholas Terrace (city college 宿舍旁边)。步行至
哥大15分钟，city college不到10分钟。由于在学校附近所以有campus safty车24小时
巡逻，非常安全。离1，A，B，C，D地铁和bus都很近，交通方便。

destroy the shingles. Actually, most gutters are not wood materials anymore,

to destroy paint. Make sure the angle of the ladder is about 75 deg to grade.

There could be 3 places you need to look,
1. at the bottom of the tank there is a drain valve (can be plastic or metal
), this can be left open if house is empty for long time and winterized.
2. at the top the tank there is a safty valve, which should only open if
temp or pressure exceed safety level, it is on a spring, make sure it is
not stuck open.
3. This may not exist on every water heater, but you will see a expansion

baseboard installation. It was so inaccurate and dangerous. The problem was
that there was no way to move the long baseboard along with the miter guild
even you have a extension. My point is that for safty and good results it is
worth having a miter saw than just a table saw if people need to miter/
bevel cut very long lumbers.

It will pull the cover surface plain. Leaves will be blown away by wind, and
rain water and melted snow won't stay on top either.
Another big plus is its safty. You won't be concerned that someone falls in
the pool and get trapped in the soft cover.

。等drywall上上去后，啥毛病都被遮住了，inspect也没法透过drywall看出毛病来。
现在很多新房做工粗糙得很，常听说各种stupid的毛病。
不要以为有机构验收就不会有问题了，验收的时候主要从safty的角度考虑问题，很多
时候就是马马虎虎走个过场。 |
