儿子没有因为别人smarter或者说这类的话难过,我担心的是他会承认自己不smart
的"事实".
他实际上也不差,kindergart进一年级,字母都认不全,这里是我的疏忽,一个字都没教过.
更别说看书了,上个星期开家长会,才发现没几个月,儿子都已经看chapter book了,老师
说reading是班里的top了. 回来我猛夸了他一顿,他都没啥感觉. 小朋友之间打游戏,说句
smarter than you,他就记住了. 真是没办法..
老公下午跟他谈了挺长时间,说别人说smarter是别人的事情,做好你自己就好了.以后这
方面
得多注意他的想法.

但也不笨那种. 现在家里是全中文环境,上了一年级,怕英文reading跟不上,才稍稍
注意了一下. 中文三四年纪水平,英文就是很普通的一年级水平.数学每天我补个15分钟.
我的原则是上了初二初三再push一下,之前只要不是太出格就行.
结果最近儿子经常跟我说,班里一个印度小朋友经常跟他说: I am smarter than you.
我因为几乎不让儿子打游戏,英文基本上放羊,导致他很多东西跟其他小朋友差一些.
我的问题两个:
1.怎么应对这种问题? 说实话,我自己都不知道该怎么处理这种问题. 作为大人的话,我
一般就笑笑过去了.即使心理不这么觉得,也基本上不会太aggressive. 但是小孩子这个
问题怎么处理呢? 我主要怕他心理上也这么觉得,那个小朋友上chess班,儿子不会挺正
常的.
2. 应该让小朋友打游戏么? 说实话,我挺不喜欢那个的,但现在看来,如果一点儿不让他
接触,他老被小朋友排除在外,会不会也影响他? 觉得自己笨阿?
