转发个Seema Verma的讲话。这一年半以来在Alex Azar和Seema Verma领导下，医疗领
域的浪费取得了很大的进展。我们可以看到Medicare Advantage已经成为真正降低
medical cost的重大成就，已经有37%的Medicare成员参加了。2019年的plan cost降低
了6%。
Medicare advantage是由medicare每月定额付给private insurance一个固定钱数（如$
800 per month），然后由private insurance来manage病人的cost。更多人参与这种机
制会显著降低medicare的开支。并且，medicare advantage允许private insurance和
药厂议价！更多人参与这种plan可以很大程度上避免现在medicare的各种负担（如不能
和药厂议价等），降低成本。
由于更多的generic drugs的使用，Medicare Part D的cost今年也降低了，明年会继续
降低。

录像中的那个速度，已经接近于零了，ABS应该是检测不到速
度下降的。
ABS在雪上还是有用，虽然刹不住，但可以保持行进方向。
冰上就不行了。我有两次，遇到black ice，刹车很轻，
ABS没有任何反应，车子已经开始甩尾。当时百思不得其解，
为什么已经打滑了，ABS还没有反应，回来后才想清楚。
所以在冰上，有ABS的车也决不能一脚刹到底，车子会失控。
能不刹车最好不刹车，但遇到前面有情况或者遇到弯道就惨了。
我当时开的是SUV，全驱/ABS/Traction Control/
Stability Control一样不少，也没有多大差别，除了
Stability Control起了一些作用。第二次发生这种
情况后，我就决定把家里的车都装上Winter tires了。 |

/ABS，可以在踩死刹车的同时转向避险——这个只是相对以前没有traction stability

其实2辆都属于第2代，一个2005，一个2007。由于回国，把第一辆卖了，回来后又买了
一辆2007的，虽然属于同一代，但感觉2007跟2005改进不少，如side airbag,
stability control，还有其他很多小的方面。
由于2辆都是二手，所以对新车不是很了解。跟很多其他美国车一样，二手美车是价格
便宜量又足，当然，偶尔也会出点小毛病。如果不怕麻烦的话， 买美国车建议买二手
的，特别是1-3年新的。我的第一辆买的时候1年新，27K miles，只花了$21，000，如
果是全新的至少要$35000。
言归正传，Durango的最大特点应该是安全性，除了前面提到的side airbag和
stability control是标配之外，它的发动机在强烈撞击之后是往下掉，而不是往后挤
driver和passenger。它的底盘是卡车底盘（ram?),横梁和轴非常粗（个人感觉），撞
起来应该轻易不会有事。AWD在雪地里可以轻松自如，曾经有一次在公园里雪很厚，出

我发现MB USA的一个特点是喜欢给车子几乎每一个部件都起一个外号，比如说悬挂叫做
AGILITY CONTROL（请注意每个字母都是大写的）；四驱叫做4MATIC；stability
control叫做Electronic Stability Program (ESP®)——还居然把ESP这三个字母
注册为商标；一键启动叫做KEYLESS-GO；假皮椅叫做MB-Tex；倒车雷达叫做PARKTRONIC
。反正就是把很平常的东西叫得很玄乎那样，很扯那样；这就类似于“足球牌篮球”、
“自行车牌摩托车”、“番茄酱牌酱油”这种命名方式。
相比较起来Genesis的宣传就实事求是得多，都是有根有据的。命名的话我看到大概就
两个地方，一个是直喷技术叫做GDI，另一个就是那个8AT叫做SHIFTRONIC。
Genesis的悬挂其实并不那么简单，它用的是ZF研发的叫做SACHS ASD Gas Shock的技术
。我没有详细去了解，不过据说这个是不用电控的机械自适应的减震系统。相比起来，

trunk更是大，后排都可以放倒的
省油就不说了，最主要是安全考虑
因为corolla没有stability control
后轮的刹车居然还是原始的drum brake

speed sensor 是用于vechicle stability control，实时监测轮上扭矩，给扭矩过大
的轮子减油刹车，以取得最好的stability。中差就是不应该锁死的，锁死容易失控
轮子间歇转应该是刹车在起作用，和center clutch 关系不大，后轮和变速箱是硬连，
也是间歇转动 |

发帖数: 3537 | 41 三个月前去换油的时候，做了免费检查，下面是说有问题的东西：
1） 说原装电池只有40%了，指容量，或者CCA输出？建议换电池。还真是，最近电池死
了两次，在另外一个帖子里面讨论了。
2） FRONT STABILIZER LINKS BROKEN （不知道是真是假），建议换 2 STABILIZER
LINK, $98/EACH PARTS, $37/EACH LABOR
再前面一次去换机油，也说右前轮什么东西不好，好像转向杆SEAL什么的，是漏
TRANSMISSION FLUID了。那次趴下去还真看见右前轮支架上有棕红的液体。但在那之前
不久，刚在DEALER那里换东西的时候做了TRANSMISSION FLUID FLUSH，不知道是不是溢
出的。反正后来没有看见那液体了。
还有就是高速时刹闸，车子会抖，这个很长时间了。在4年前就有这现象，当时就换了
一副ROTOR和PAD，在DEALER 那儿花了700多。没想到大概过了3年，又这样了，所以现
在一直拖着没去修，反正这车不跑远路。
大家给看看上面这些是否必要修，如果我不换车，准备再开2年的话。车是05年的CRV。

STABILIZER LINK就在wheel后面，自己买了换就行，20分钟work
刹车用了3年可以换刹车皮了，在换STABILIZER LINK时可以顺便换了
都是easy fix |

第二，请你证明sh-awd的反应速度已经慢到影响操控感受或驾驶安全
其实，无论是torsen还是sh-awd的反应时间都可以忽略不计。不错，torsen是机械的，
shawd是电子，但是电子的会慢多少？现在车上都配备traction control系统和
stability control系统都是电子的，但事实证明他们已经足够快，能够有效的起作用
。traction control和stability control一旦探测到打滑，立刻对某一车轮或某些车
轮施加电子点刹，防止车身失控，我经常在雨天地板油，traction control的灯也经常
亮，但他们都工作得很好。既然电子的tcs和esc都反映足够快，你凭什么认为电子的sh
-awd会反应慢？ |

去科州租的2013 SS Convertible。高海拔晒到脱皮的事情就不说了，关键这个加速有
点菜，感觉跟我家里的200HP的车差不多，一上手高速并道踩到底，信心满满的，居然
差点没加到65mph而被后面撞。
过Independence pass的时候40mph时候急加速还是不错的，不过这么重的车也不敢在山
路甩尾（如果扭力够的话）。可是打开棚子在安静的山里，排气声浪居然还这么弱，真
浪费了那么巨大一颗引擎。
最后在空军学校里，无奈之下，关掉所有traction control/stability control找了段
平的柏油路，从静止地板油，结果大概7秒多加到60，nm轮胎一声也不吭。这个⊙﹏⊙b
汗啊。
以后再也不相信美国大引擎的车子了
PS.科州貌似都是自然进气的车，为什么不开turbo的呢，海拔这么高

drive axle换过一些，Honda的有没有换过我也记不清了，但是我知道不同的车型有时
候差异非常的大，大到甚至A车无法借鉴B车，所以我就把05的odyssey touring换
driveshaft的manual贴上来给大家做个参考：
Driveshaft Removal
Loosen the wheel nuts slightly.
Raise the front of the vehicle, and support it with safety stands in the
proper locations.
Remove the wheel nuts and front wheels.
Lift up the locking tab (A) on the spindle nut (B), then remove the nut.
