最近一直坚持在看，已经看完了episode4，即从1609－1908年的纽约发展史。大家知道
纽约的发展史就是一部房地产发展史：1626年荷兰殖民者Peter Minuit用价值60个荷兰
盾（guilders）的货物从印地安人手中买下了曼哈顿岛（也有说法是用一袋不值1荷兰
盾的玻璃珠买下的）。纽约是现代大城市中唯一一个以土地买卖为开始的城市。这部电
影把纽约每一步关键发展的前因后果解释的非常清楚，其中蕴含的经验，尤其是房地产
方面的经验和历史，非常值得正在发展中的中国人体会和学习。

tweed jacket大多有一种比较不修身的感觉。加上下面摆也大，看上去人会臃肿。

Its based on a tweed deluxe design. Swap out 6V6 for 6L6 plus other mods.
Higher voltages and so on.
It goes to around 30-40Watts vs the original sub 20w tweed.
I will also build a solid state preamp in front of the power section.
Basic idea is to have a very clean amp at home level and good for plugging
anything like simulators, iphone, ipad into it. lol.

这是怎么回事？据报载，来加旅游的华人夫妇，50岁的王振华和49岁的妻子晏春香，不
久前状告加拿大移民部，边境检查署，和一对他们曾经称为”家人”的香港人司徒志良
和陈曦。可是加拿大政府又逮捕了他们,因为加拿大边境服务署(CBSA)在2013年11月发
现中国警方正在通缉王振华,因为他涉嫌参与传销活动，涉嫌诈骗了价值1.8至2.2亿加
元的资金,大约有60,000名受害者。这可真是案中有案。
来加拿大的中国人不少,有钱人也不少,但王振华和晏春香的阔气,还是让人大吃一惊。

拉登，现在全世界最先进的textile machine都集中在中国了，GA，Zegna,甚至像
Cerruti这样的老牌haute couture都在国内造的, burberry的总厂也搬到东莞了。建议
下次有机会回国可以先去北京秀水市场的四楼看看，那里有专门买料子的和n多tailor。
从料子来说，有各种支数和颜色的棉布，化纤的，羊毛的可以选，从tweed、到各种
checkered pattern，到高支数的各种shade的pin stripe（130's and
higher)，应有尽有。
从style来说，量体定做的dress shirt 是120rmb一件，样式随便定，他们可以做出各
种领子和袖子的style，比如spread collar，traditional english，oxford，
american，tall， shallow，french cuff，slim tapered cut等等。西装也是一样。
我上次是直接拿GQ和Men's Vogue过去，那儿的tailor 看一眼就知道是什么style，
