我叫JZM，出生于长白山脚下的一个农村家庭，家中共有五口人爸爸.妈妈.两个姐姐
和我。全家全靠父母种地为生，两个姐姐分别考入了北京交通大学.长春工业大学，我
于2006年考入了中国科学技术大学。
因为生在一个家境并不是很优越的家庭，从小我就对贫苦的生活有深刻的体会。清楚
地记得小学时我和姐姐曾经到集市上卖过菜；很小的时候在田地里锄过草；初中时候曾
经跟着爸爸到山上捡过柴；高中的时候给人家做过家教。

donation at $1M -- $10M like other schools.
In my personal opinion, it takes time and right
projects; In the perspective of growing USTCAF,
I would rather see large donations coming in
at about 10-15% of USTCAF total donation.
For example, during our charging for $1M -- we
received $128K from Chen Dapang(776). Down
the road --
When we charge for $10M, we will see $1M from ...
When we charge for $100M, we will see $10M from ...

was still $36K under $1M. As of today, the number is
$41K above $1M -- the $77K donation (from more than
200 donors) makes this month not only the best-ever
May in USTCAF history but also the second best-ever

This great momentum is largely benefitted from --

over four years, $400 per year, to cover one USTCAF Good Will fellowship.
There are roughly 50 such students in need, every year, who complete the
applications and await sponsors. There could be other students who may also
be financially challenged but not as severe as those 50. Currently, there
is no mechanism at USTCAF to help alleviate their hardship.

Any real negotiation between AF and IF happened after August 2007
when Mr. Joe Liu demanded Zhang Shangyou to transfer "USTCIF subfund"
money (note: legal asset belong to USTCAF) but refuse to disclose
who should receive this money.

想来bbs上说嘛，版主又不让。像我这样闲人，怎奈何得了。
不过提醒广大校友，突发事件的后面必有政治背景。大家不要轻易下结论，看到冰山的
全貌再定夺不迟。可是很遗憾的是这本来路线上的冲突现在更像是个人恩怨的纠结，变
成高举USTC的牌子搞斗争。这样子搞下去，不仅个人恩怨解决不了，更搭上了ustc
alumini的名誉，何苦之有。路线上的问题估计新的USTCAF board早有共识，不存在争
论。现在的问题是两位主角把你们的斗争offline，没必要扛着USTC的大旗。其实两位
主角都真是为科大尽心尽力的，他们对科大付出的不是你我捐两个钱能比的。可惜的是
，两个人暗斗不合，非吵到台面上“让大家评评理”。这一评理，只追求了个人心理需

那个组织不管怎么说，不管你如何认为其中的原因，无法否定的一点就是，
USTCAF现在已经不是一个functional 的组织了。
其实两个基金会都是校友自行成立的组织，和学校官方没有任何关系。两者都是自生自
灭的，我的印象中校方从来没有特意去支持哪一个或者不支持哪一个。但是一个生存了
下来，另外一个却已经没有踪影了。其中原因如何我想大部分校友心里都明白所以我就

我一直为校友基金会服务，对爱心奖学金也有一定的了解，可以回答你一部分的问题。
确实300美金并不够一个学生一年的生活费用，爱心奖学金与科大其他的措施是配套的。
例如学校有绿色通道，每年有200人左右免去学费。另外，最近几年，说实话，国内的奖
学金覆盖面是大大增加了，例如国家奖学金，奖励额度都比较高，比例也很大。科大也有
自己的贷款、助学金体制。学生自己做做家教，勤工俭学也有一些。
爱心奖学金1999年推出时，是国内高校学费飞涨，但配套措施完全没有跟上时，生逢其时
，爱心奖学金起到了很大的作用。但是当时奖励额度更低！现在科大学生处跟校友基金会
谈过多次，希望提高爱心奖学金的额度，因为这点资助，对于单独的奖学金是少了一点。
因此，基金会提高了奖学金数目，但这也要跟我们在校友的筹款能力匹配，因此弄得还不
够高。
校友基金会推出的另外一个项目是爱心快车计划，是爱心奖学金的延续，也就是说，对于
每年科大给予绿色通道，免去学费的贫困生，由校友覆盖他旅行的费用，这样他学费免了
，车票也只要垫付。国内即使是从新疆到合肥 |

“争夺战”却早已揭开了序幕。近日，中国科技大学数千名海外校友发起“亲情攻势”，
推出“爱心快车”计划，向考入科大的贫困学生以及部分西部省份的优秀新生免费提供
长途汽车票或火车票，保证学生顺利按时入学。
中国科大在海外有近万名校友，他们于1995年4月自发创建了海外校友基金会，
迄今已募集捐款近500万人民币，成为中国留学生中成立最早、规模最大、实力最强
的校友基金。1996年起，该基金会先后在科大设立了优秀新生奖学金、爱心奖学金、
优秀青年教师奖，已资助数百名国内贫困学生完成学业。获得优秀青年教师奖的中国

新华网合肥7月18日电：（代群、李名生）由中国科技大学海外校友基金会新推出的“爱心
快车计划”日前送出第一张全程免费车票，获益者是该校刚刚录取的广西柳州新生孙明伟
，他已被中科大录取到地球与空间科学学院。“爱心快车计划”将为考入中科大的贫困学
生以及部分西部省份的优秀新生免费提供长途汽车票或火车票。
中科大海外校友基金会执行主席高力表示，希望孙明伟进校后安心学业，贫困新生不
会感到孤单无助，他们已成为中科大大家庭一员，可以体会到中科大校友网络的温暖。

科大五十周年华诞即将来到。“温故而知新”，校庆将是开展学校历史传统、文化整理、
弘扬母校精神的良机。科大校方决定将刚刚启动的校庆筹备重要任务确定为科大精神理念
大讨论。
中国科大希望通过集思广益，将科大之精神理念进行一次广泛讨论，最终形成多数人认可
的相对规范的表述。此事正在学校开展，也希望在校友中进行一些讨论。科大领导特将相
关材料转发校友基金会，希望以基金会网站为平台，开展相关的讨论，期待校友意见，成
为科大精神大讨论的重要部分。

一、基本性质
中国科学技术大学是由中国科学院所属的一所以前沿科学和高新技术为主、兼有以科技为
背景的管理和人文学科的全国重点大学，是我国重要的教育科研基地，享有较高国际声誉
。
二、使命和愿景
中国科学技术大学致力于建设世界一流研究型大学，力争在2018年建校60周年前后，把学
校建设成为质量优异、特色鲜明、规模适度、结构合理的世界知名的高水平研究型大学；
致力于“创寰宇学府，育天下英才”，培育具有创新精神、能力和现代知识结构的一流人
才；致力于建设具有较强知识创新和技术创新能力的教育与科研基地；致力于推动中国科
技文化的发展。
三、基本经验
中国科学技术大学自1958年创办至今，经历了北京初创、迁址重建、改革创新三次艰苦创
