当时体重掉的挺快，大便超级通畅，人精神也好，精力也充沛。一段时间后，发现胃肠
没法消化吸收肉类了。慢慢才缓过来。
那时主吃蔬菜，水果，一些seed, nuts.食量要很大才行。
绝对的raw vegan连谷类也不沾，因为需要做熟。我
还是吃糙米饭的，否则肚子很难填饱。 |

铁提供了不少资料，增强了我的信心。
吃了一年素，加上游了一年多泳，我感觉运动完恢复比以前好多了。爬个山，跑个步，
再也没有第二天走不动路的情况了。有人说吃素能帮助恢复。但我不敢肯定，因为有影
响的因素太多了。可能是饮食，也可能是运动，或者两者都有。不过减肥效果是没说的
！ |

但是在中间阶段，都吃肉。
原因很简单，在伊甸园，在新天新地，都是无罪的状态。
而中间阶段，是有罪的状态。
在一个有罪的世界，要遵守一个有罪世界的特定规则。
在一个有罪的世界里面，成天只讲爱，不顾现实，
只能姑息养奸，让罪恶的力量越来越大。反而害了动物和人。
比如说，一味不准打猎，结果动物大量繁殖，吃光了草原，最后难逃被饿死。
比如说，对恶人谈爱，对恶人惩罚宽松，结果好人就被害。
不消灭恶和罪之前，不要轻言泛爱。
这是圣经原则，也是很多人看不懂为什么圣经旧约里面那么血腥的原因。 |
