英国航母俱乐部的会员资格暂时挂了起来。
英国下一代航母还在襁褓之中。在朴茨茅斯，一万名工人正在六个船坞上夜以继日的打
造两艘新的航母、伊丽莎白女王号和威尔士亲王号（the Queen Elizabeth and the
Prince of Wales），预计2016和2018年交付英国皇家海军。
两艘新航母排水量65,000吨，是上一代航母的三倍，排在美国尼米兹级航母之后，是世
界上第二大航母。
造价不菲。整个工程预算70亿英镑，被称为是继奥运会之后，英国最大的国家工程。

前，中国中融集团有意斥巨资“复原水晶宫”（Crystal Palace）的消息，引起英国媒
体一阵哗然。
作为炫耀维多利亚工业时代荣光的世博会原址，水晶宫曾经是世界目光聚焦所在，无数
英国人为此而骄傲。如今，中国人要来为英国人“鸳梦重温”了。
“中国人来了！”这是BBC两年前曾经播过的一部反映中国在非洲、南美洲等地投资的
纪录片的片名，现在，中国人正全面“进攻”英伦。

至于你说的那个法律问题，我是专业律师，租船合同我看过很多也起草过很多，我当然
知道那是admiralty law, 是公法，但问题的关键是公法都会需要incorporate到某个国
家的具体法律才在当地有效力的，这是常识。你去随便找一个Time Charter来看一看，
不可能有任何一个合同会写管辖法律师admiralty law的，那是违反常识的，我见过的
都是Laws of England and Wales，伦敦或者香港仲裁。

CNN17日报道称，小伟在工作时不幸被切断手臂，医生将其移植至脚踝以保证供血
。小伟一开始不知道还能否挽救失血数小时的右手。
他一开始去了工厂附近的当地医院，医生表示无能为力。最后，湘雅医院的唐举玉
教授告诉他，手臂能够治好。
唐举玉教授为小伟制定了分期手术挽救断肢的方案，即一期将断肢彻底清创后寄养
于小腿，待患者寄养肢体成活、全身情况恢复良好后，再开展寄养肢体原位回植术。
CNN称，唐教授认为中国已经做过大约20例类似手术，但没有精确的统计数据，只
有个案记录。他自己曾在2004年将一位伤者的手臂寄养在腹部，那次手术同样获得成功。
CNN注意到，工厂为小伟支付了医疗费，共计30万元左右，大约相当于49400美元。

在一间酒店房间里，拿到一份好到无法拒绝的要约。华南师范大学光及电磁波研究中心
向他发出邀请，每年在该中心驻留3个月，每月向他支付133,333元人民币的报酬。这是
他在英国圣安德鲁斯大学（University of St. Andrews）终身教职收入的三倍。
莱昂哈特是理论物理学界的著名学者，对隐形斗篷理论框架的概述曾引起极大关注
，丝毫不用担心自己的职业前景。但广州发来的这份要约恰逢其时：当时他为了出访和
邀请访客，正苦于筹措资金。而中国对科学领域的巨额投入也开始取得回报，给他留下
了深刻印象。莱昂哈特注意到，从他2008年首次访华以来，中国在理论物理学界的论文
“从数量到质量都有显著提高”。在这种情况下，在中国多留一段时间也是合理的。
光电中心除了付给莱昂哈特丰厚的报酬，该中心的光子学专家何赛灵及其他同僚还

新浪财经讯 北京1月26日早晨消息 据BBC消息，李嘉诚在英国动作不断，最近他以
102.5亿英镑(约合154亿美元)收购英国第二大的电信运营商O2电信商。英国销量最大的
报纸《每日邮报》近日撰文指出：这位亚洲富豪快买下大不列颠帝国了。
他最近的动作是从西班牙电信商Telefonica手中买下拥有2400万客户的O2电信公司
。这次大手笔的投资再次强化了李嘉诚作为英国最大的投资者之一的地位。
报道还称，尽管公司内部都称他为“超人”，尽管他在过去的几年里默默的买下英
国最大的几个产业，但很多英国人从来没听说过他。

李嘉诚，世界富豪排名高达第14位，个人资产逾220亿英镑，也拥有和记黄埔。在
过去的20年里，和记黄埔有限公司一直是亚洲最富有的商业财团。

运营牌照。

沙特本月21日宣布结束在也门第一阶段的军事行动。为表示庆祝，沙特最富有者之一阿尔瓦利德王子(Al-Waleed bin Talal)在推特上发文称：“为了表彰100名沙特飞行员在此次空袭行动中的表现，我有幸将赠给他们100辆宾利轿车。”
不过网友对沙特王子此举褒贬不一。支持者中，有2.8万名网民分享了他的推文，5000多人点了赞。有人大呼王子“慷慨”，也有些沙特人认为这是飞行员应得的。
但是，在沙特以外地区的网民，尤其是也门的网民认为这一赠予让人很不舒服，便在网上展开了激烈反击。一名也门的推特用户称：“轰炸也门的100名飞行员获赠100辆宾利。他们炸毁的医院却连一辆救护车也得不到。”
还有一名也门网民此前在网上分享了他的家被沙特空袭炸毁的照片，他在推特上写道：“沙特的飞行员获得阿尔瓦利德王子赠与的100辆宾利。我的家却被炸飞了。不过我觉得我的精神境界比那些飞行员还要高尚。”
