激发装置，荧光检测仪，以及合适的滤镜，随便什么荧光蛋白都可以检测。
但是，大部分plate reader，都没有装置这种设备，要么就是读透光度，要么就是
读自发荧光，这些装备是不能用来看激发性荧光的。

which has least emission spectrum overlap with GFP, such as RFP. |
