有没有办法把RFP和GFP的荧光彻底bleach掉，但是不影响后续的staining？

还有就是可以参照一下actin染色的protocol，
里面会有一步通透掉游离actin
PFA固定是不行的
我们做分化的时候就这样留着EGFP
