This year we probably move to the beginning of 2007;
Another one year to move to 2007/6;
Another year or so to clear 2007/7 backlog and move to sth like the end of 2
007;
Another year to move to the end of 2008
So 3 years from now you will be fine

The database is open to everyone
You can download all those database files and count

especially PD between 01/2007-07/2007.
