PART I
POSITION : Senior Business Development Manager
DEPARTMENT : Chinese Merchant
LOCATION : City of Union, CA, Or Richardson, Texas
REPORTS TO : Director
REMOTE WORK : Remote work not available
TRAVEL : Up to 15% Travel
PART II
Principal Responsibilities
Our client is looking for business development professionals for our offices
in Union City, CA. The ideal candidate has to command English and Chinese
to the professional level and has obtained at least 3 years of relevant
advertisement selling experience at an online/offline media company in the
USA. This position will play a key role in growing our business with Chinese
merchants in the USA.
Responsibility
• Build strategy and implement tactics to produce revenue, meet and
exceed annual sales target.
• Discover and explore new business opportunities, develop new
partnerships.
• Optimize relationships with current clients and explore further
opportunity to make the Company gets the best ROI from all relationships.
• Design and promote marketing campaign to clients, involve in
contract negotiation and monitor execution.
• Build and maintain strong client-direct relationships through
exceptional customer service, integrity, and professionalism.
• Coordinate and leverage internal and external resources to
support advertisement launch and execution as expected.
• Generate and analyze sales report timely.
Qualifications
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Fluent in English and Chinese to the professional level.
• Above 3 years of relevant advertisement selling experience at the
online/offline media company in the USA.
• Familiar with online marketing of new media including Weibo/
WeChat and so on.
• A proven track record of successful sales and negotiating wins is
a plus.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work
efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
