我不应该付这些费用，对吗? 还是我先付, Lender 会 refund 这笔费用？
我做的是 No-cost refinance.

Is broker credit the same as Borrower GFE refund? I don't see broker credit
in the document.

俺买新房, r如果用他们自己的broker , 他们给俺的收费list 是这样的:
801 loan fee : upto 2% of loan balance
803 appraisal fee: $425 ~ 525, ($400 FHA/VA SPOT)
804 creadit report fee $55
818 tax service contract : $85
818 processing fee: $595
819 Inverstor fee : $550
1305 wire transfer fee :$35
其他还好说， 第一项801 ，upto 2% of loan balance, 我考， 这一下就好几万呀。
感觉这不make sense 亚

actually.

发帖数: 9308 | 11 有时候用Builder的lender,Builder会给你Rebate,但是你拿的利息会高个0.25%.麻烦是
不会有了,大不了几个月以后再做Refinance.

company. The lender will update it to include broker credit. |
