准备refinancing，给agent 打电话，说的是０－closing。他会cover一费用，比如
appraisal，title insurance 等。但是我们还要在closing的时候out-of-pocket 项费
用１－２月的property tax，home insurance ，当然还有closing当月的利息。再这里
请问大家，这些都是合理费用吗？这就是所谓的０－closing呢？agent还会有其他的隐
性收费吗？实在是盲，只能求助高人的指点了！谢谢！
另外，我们在NJ，现在agent 给的０－closing １５年是３.875%，希望对大家有帮助
。如果大家有更好的deal 或者agent ，也请指点。
