was ranked one of the most sickest real easte market and she is afraid of
losing more money. I think she has the reason but should make the decision
earlier. Also we are in long distance and this small house is for her. She think she may not stay there for very long. But who knows. In this economic situation, we have to stay where the job is.

想想就过去了，有的人就会有重大情绪起伏，甚至会像你LP这样不顾一切地想退出这种
commitment。
back out 最好使的是inspection contingency。基本上可以没什么理由就退出。
可惜你给remove了。那有没有loan contingency? 刚刚open escrow，应该还
有时间。
我觉得，拿回deposit都是有可能的。至于什么告你们，瞎掰。吓唬你的。不过当然这
说明你的agent不愿意帮你搞。所以丢deposit很可能。
所有东西都签完了还有72小时专门给你反悔呢，那时候也就只是丢deposit而已。甭怕，
不管是buyer还是agent都没啥可告的。
最后，和你LP好好聊聊，她究竟为什么想退出。calm down，好好想想。可能想通了
又同意买了。

the very late stage of the transaction. Just making an offer wouldn't make
you liable for purchase at all. Regarding the seller suing you? for what?
It sounds quite ridiculous.
It sounds like your agent is not helping you there cuz s/he is losing the
deal......

首先两个先决定搬在一起，然后再买，如果不能搬在一起，婚姻就很难，到时候卖房就
亏大了。

种感觉，我们下的第一个offer，正在做inspection的时候，我就在二楼看着窗外的遮
挡，那套房子什么都好，就是那个遮挡一直让我觉得不太对劲。但当时是理性的分析，
觉得其他条件都好就下了offer。我站在那里仔细感受那个遮挡的时候，心情很复杂，
觉得压力很大。结果我们的agent就跟我说，如果你觉得有点勉强，就不要要了，如果
你现在都觉得不舒服，以后住进来不会越来越好，只会越来越糟。结果我们就撤了，她
找了个理由，就把押金也要回来了。
所以，我觉得如果感觉有点勉强，或者压力太大，一定是有什么原因让你老婆不能百分
之百有把握。另外，如果要撤，总是有办法的，就看你的agent了。
Btw, 我们当时是找周围的邻居打听到了，那套房子周围的教堂经常会人很多，比较吵
。所以用了这个理由退掉了。向邻居打听一些可能之前不知道的信息很重要。 |
