the broker to provide me the approval letter? however, he did not provide
me without replying my email. is it normal? does he want to hide something?
do i have to right to have the approval letter?

发帖数: 1233 | 2 you may ask for approval letter but the approval usually comes w/ confusing
conditions. more important one is appraisal. i guess he/she doesn't need
to lie to you and if you get call from appraiser, that's a solid proof that
your file has moved to the next stage. :p

for the approval.
However, i still remember I received a approval letter from the broker last
time even without asking for it.

发帖数: 1233 | 4 usually lender gives conditional approval first then order appraisal. if
the other way around and you find out don't qualify, then appraisal is
wasted. also when rate lock goes in, you'll rec another set of confirmation
& disclosure telling you when is the latest to close.
