我们事先不知道。
然后就来了一个invoice，$375.
现在房子贷款还没批呢。
agent说不管房子搞定没有，我都要付这个$375.
这个有道理吗？ |

目前没有碰到过survey的账单寄给borrower的情况。一般，在closing前，律师或是
title公司才会去order survey。对于买房的mortgage来说，survey是必须的，而且费
用会出现在HUD-1上，没遇到过paid outside of closing的情况。不知道是不是州跟州
操作上有区别。 |

own provider. If the title company order the survey, you can just pay at the
closing. |
