GFE问题：
1：title services and lender title insurance: 这个必须么？我以前close时买过
，refi还要在买么？
2: transfer taxes: 这个也要自己付么？
3: homeowner's insurance: 我以前的保险还有效，这个ｒｅｆｉ时还要买么？
现在看来我要付：
１，appraisal, (这个ｂｒｏｋｅｒ 会以后返回)
2. title services and lender title insurance
3.government recording charges
4. transfer taxes
5. escrow account
6. daily interest charges
7. homeowner insurance

１，appraisal, (这个ｂｒｏｋｅｒ 会以后返回)
2. title services and lender title insurance (part of closing cost)
3.government recording charges (part of closing cost)
4. transfer taxes (depends on your state)
5. escrow account (paid by borrower)
6. daily interest charges (paid by borrower)
7. homeowner insurance (you need this coverage, paid by borrower)

发帖数: 3523 | 7 no cost的话，LZ只需要付在closing的时候付prepaid interest, 新escrow账户的
deposit，以及新loan amount和旧loan payoff balance的difference（多退少补）。
即便一开始需要交appraisal fee，也会在最终退给客人的。
看LZ列的，不太像是纯粹的no cost refi。。。好好问一下broker。 |

on GFE you will find these charges, but there will be a credit to cover
almost all these items except:
(1) prepaid escrow account (can include 2 months of insurance premium)
(2) 3-5 day interest
(3) balance from the remaining principle (if loan smaller amount than pay-
off)
(4) perhaps $10-30 fax/carrier fees (can be covered by agent) |
